It was a Good flight

New 737 and seats too confining

The flight from Rome to Ams was delayed. The flight from AMS to Moscow was missed. - We spent 2h in a linewaiting for the service desk to rebook the tickets - Then, we spend more than an hour to get the hotel - Then waiting for the shuttle another 30 minutes Unexpectedly poor and slow service. The next working day is ruined with the flight in the middle

Nice flight but from Entebbe to Amsterdam they didn’t get me what I requested for the baby.

The de-planing process could have been better in Buenos Aires - it took a long time before the aero bridge was connected - not the fault of Air France..

Poor communication from boarding staff, airport staff not a clue. Communication on board was un decipherable and airline lost baggage.

Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"

Will never do air India again.

Even after paying for extra baggage we were held up at the counter to prove we paid. The reservation showed the extra baggage, however the clerk and supervisor insisted that we show the payment receipt. Poor customer service.

Service and Food was Good. Plane condition was horrible. Seats and accessories were broken and dirty. Toilets were dirty and did not have enough toiletries. Plane was very dirty. Seats, tray tables, TV and fittings were extremely dirty. Things were sticking to walls, seats, tray table, tv frames. Toilets were extremely dirty and stinking.

Service of crews has improved after Tata group took over . Keep up the good work. Improve the food with healthy diet options. Good snacks provided . Over all very good service 👍👍

It is a long no stop flight for 14 hours. Airline should provide enough drinks and snack as the time difference makes it very difficult to go with just lunch and dinner.

Food quality and meal menu

There is no option other than poor in the bad rating so I selected poor. I was really on Ai 104 from DC to Delhi. And Ai 544 from Delhi to HYD. 104 flight seat 18d where I sat for 14hrs was literally falling off at the base. I could lift entire cushion.from chair and I had adjust it whole flight. Service and food was mediocre which I could give benefit of doubt but entertainment system was down in many seats. My family includes 4 of us and we got 4 seats at different parts of flight and my kids are 5yr and 10yr old. Not just us but several other families got seats separate. And as if it’s not bad enough, I lost 3 out of 4 checked In luggages, which I personally checked out in delicious and checked back in for domestic flight. Interestingly I even got email message stating all 4 bags are loaded into the connecting flight but only one made it to Hyderabad. It can’t be any worse I guess but never know as I am still waiting for my lost luggage. Thought it would get better after Tata’s became owners but seems like air India became bad to worse.

The airline staff was very helpful especially priya - air hostess - she helped me with my cabin luggage & was very helpful.

Crew was good but limited supply of food and y. It is a long flight direct 15 hours. They should consider this. I have excellent service even in economic class in Emirate’s flight.

Flimsy napkin (if you can call that!) for dinner. Generally, the worst flight experience that my wife and I have had! And, we fly a lot around the world!"

Pros: "Friendly Crew. Spacious seating and clean aircraft. Food was decent though they kept running out of vegetarian trays."
Cons: "The crew needed to be more professional and prompt in their service. Forgot to offer coffee to my wife twice during the meal service and disappeared even when we requested it. The entertainment system hung on 3/4 of our seats and it took them 3-4 hours and 3+ requests to get them to reboot them."

Cons: "Checkin was incredibly slow. They don’t have a simple bag drop for online checkin passengers, which wasted almost an hour of my time. Lavatories should be cleaned during flight. Tired interior. Unfriendly staff."
