It was a good flight, but no in-air entertainment and charging.
Cons: "The plane was not cleaned prior to us getting on."
Pros: "The crew was fine and was thankful they found a way to get back to Detroit (but, it required a stop in Dallas and an overnight in Chicago)"
Cons: "There was no social distancing or enforcement for wearing masks. I saw no sanitizing on any of the three flights I had to take to get to Detroit. of the four airports only the one in Guadalajara asked any health questions and could be seen sanitizing the waiting room and eliminating seats to keep spacing."
Pros: "Jason the flight attendant made the flight very enjoyable and pleasant. I was a bit sad saying good bye to my family but Jason’s upbeat-positive energy brought so much happiness to my day. Exceptional employee! Thank you for hiring such a kind spirited person!"
Cons: "101% satisfied with the flight! No issues!"
Pros: "The crew was friendly, and the entertainment choices were pretty good."
Cons: "By the time the food service cart reached us in row 28 of about 33 or so, my choices for food and drink were both sold out. It would have been less of a big deal if our earlier flight hadn't been so late that we couldn't grab something to eat before boarding."
Cons: "Cabin was very warm and seat is very uncomfortable. The person in front had chair reclined and putting the screen very close to face. Hardly any room to move with person's chair reclined as well."

Cons: "To change a flight they want $200! That is why I changed to Southwest."

Cons: "Duck tape holding up oxygen mask compartment 1 row behind us. Cabin entertainment monitor was missing a 3rd of the display and only one headphone jack in our row worked. Thankfully, we brought a splitter. We will never book an American Flight again. Aer Lingus was STELLAR. No comparison."
Pros: "Modern equipment (787)"
Cons: "8 emails from Kayak and 1 from AA warning of flight delay. But gate agents did not know anything about this and boarded us on schedule. So we sat for 90 minutes until the new aircraft was 'repaired'. Failed by a mile to make the connection. And I suppose I should have paid first-class fare, as then I would have made by connection?"
Pros: "Crew was loud...food was terrible my salad was rotten and not fit to be eaten with brown runny liquid in bottom and smelled terrible..there was no one to tell as crew more interested in talking to theirselves ..breakfast was all sugary things with very little protein..could not get any water for breakfast and lukewarm coffee only one small cup..then held in terminal 5 where I could not even find a water fountain...."
