My seats are comfortable because I choose to fly in the exit rows and this time upgraded to first class with minimum sky miles. Otherwise, I would not be happy in regular seats or even middle comfort seats. Onboarding on the return flight from Nashville to Atlanta was hot and very uncomfortable for over 30 minutes due to extreme hot weather. However, Delta should provide some other air flow option as it was almost unbearable until 10 minutes after take-off. First class seats should be equipped with cup holders. Currently, the middle console is used and is flat and prone to spilling drinks.

Cancelled my flight. Left me in airport for 12 hours. Rude gate attendants. Worst delta experience I’ve had. I hope they have a focus group and return to thinking about customer service.

Stewardess was not accommodating when I requested a second drink.

Some of the passengers are coming on board with luggage so overstuffed and/or too large that have no business going into the overhead bins.

The Delta assistsed services were awesome for my aunt. So very helpful.

Probably not the fault of Delta but there was delay after delay after delay and I ended up getting home 4 hours later then I should have at 1:30 in the morning

Very late arrival at PWM. Late jet getting to ATL. Equipment problem with aircraft - could not get enough water onto plane., Another delay getting FAA approval for flight with bottled H2O. Not the crew’s problem.

Pretty standard flight. Delta has a good selection of movies.

Despite being delayed, we would still give a high score for this flight experience. For the first time in quite some time we had excellent customer service throughout our entire round trip. The flight attendants were the most polite we have experienced in our last ten flights at least (non of which were Delta and include business class). The food offered was a better selection than most—we just didn’t have any of it. Overall, almost as good as flying used to be. Thank you to Delta.

There were alot of delays without any information. First, my original flight was overbooked so I volunteered to stay back. The layover was hell, I sat in the airport for 4 hours. I was highly disappointed because no one was around to provide answers.

The flight was delayed 4 hours, and when we finally boarded, they told us that the fuel was only just then checked. So, we waited even longer to take off.

Airlines should be prohibited from using the seats they get away with.

The "on the ground" A/C was not working. It was so hot while waiting to get in the air, a passenger from the rear of the plan declared "I just can't!" and waited in the gangway until time to close the doors. It was miserable. But the crew were champs and had an amazing attitude. I know they were as miserable as we were but didn't let that affect their performance.

Flight was extremely hot and they made us check our bags when the space was nowhere near full

We never made it due to delays on both ends. Gate attendant said it was mechanical but the system said otherwise, so no compensation. That’s not right.

The flight attendant, a black woman with curly hair who sat near Row 21, was wonderful and kind.

The only thing to like was that we eventually got to our destination

We started with trouble checking in 24 hours early. Then my husband did not get his TSA precheck. Finally flight delayed due to no crew. I know things happen

Finding the gate was very confusing. Our boarding pass listed one gate and the staff verbally told us a different gate.
