Better food quality and suggest using the 777 for the HKG-BOS leg instead of the A330 since the seat pitch seems better on the Boeing.

The go to HK trip will easily giving jetlag, but coming back to Chicago has no jetlag because of the time taking off matter.

AA works with Cathy Pacific for international flights to LA and the Aa jump to PHX. But the AA app can't find my trip and this can be problematic with flight delays and regatings at LAX.

I spoke with a representative to inquire about rescheduling or hotel accommodation, but she rudely insisted that company policy only offered a $150 food voucher, which was unhelpful as I had already eaten and most places were closing. She refused any alternative support or access to the Cathay Pacific lounge to make my wait more bearable. As a loyal Cathay Pacific customer, flying with the airline every year, I was deeply frustrated not only by the delay but by the poor service and unprofessional attitude I encountered. I believe this situation could have been handled with more care and flexibility.
