Pros: I received the survey for this flight before we even boarded lol. People’s online boarding passes had expired. Noted that it was “due to weather” weather is totally clear, haven’t seen a flake of snow, it’s just cold.

Pros: Pilot had good sense of humor.

Cons: Entertainment system in wife’s seat didn’t work

Cons: My flight from Madison to Chicago got cancelled and I had to drive for three hors to get to o’ Hare.

Cons: American’s little buses at DCA suck. Why should I have to wait for everyone who gate checked a bag to get to the terminal? Let me walk to the terminal, get more buses, or get more gates.

Pros: what's there ever to like in United? One things is worse than the other!

Cons: Flight was delayed 1 hour for crew not showing up. contacted customer service 2 times on phone and was promised to get travel voucher in 24-48 hours. Never got that. On 3rd time contact I was asked to email their support I did one week ago and nobody bothered to respond yet. Typical United!

Pros: Crew was super friendly, considerate & helpful, esp the woman working my area. Options on entertainment were great & worked well

Pros: The crew was excellent and I was comfortable during the flight.

Cons: Touch screen could be a bit better. Sometimes I had to press to hard that I feel can bother a passenger that is in the seat in front of me.

Pros: Loved the entertainment on the plane with directv.

Cons: Seats were not comfortable at all. My back was aching by the end of the flight. The power outlet under the seat would have been great, had it been working.

Pros: Sat in the Key West airport for five hours because of delays. Somehow the other airlines managed to get their people on and off the island. Although they say they can’t land in a 25 mph crosswind we were watching the weather. It mostly stayed below 20 mph for hours before departure

Cons: I now know the downside of buying through Kayak, the ticket is non-upgradable even when seats became open and I offered to pay for the upgrade.

Cons: Poorly organized boarding at Miami. Agent did NOT speak clearly. Uncomfortable long walk outside uphill ramps and steps to board on the a tarmac. Purser’s PA system only worked occasionally. Most communications relayed from rear. My first class seat in row 3 was broken partially reclined.

Pros: It’s economy so I didn’t expect much but there seemed to be more room than other flights from different carriers I’ve traveled with in the past.

Cons: Wasn’t impressed that I was charged for premium seating when my original flight was canceled three times in two days. I understand they can’t control the weather but my vacation was cut from seven days to 5 days.

Pros: All the service was good

Cons: I am handicapped and there was no attendance at the gate once I arrive in Honolulu, no wheelchair assist to help me to the baggage terminal.

Pros: Good boarding process. Friendly flight attendants.

Cons: Its a long, long flight so can't really complain too much. Overall, it was a good flight.

Pros: Boarding process was really unsmooth here as well. Little delayed. Thankfully this crew was really polite. And not screaming at people this one flight.

Cons: Old airplane. Everything was worn out and stained. Entertainment system is ancient. Economy seats are so small you can barely get in and out.

Cons: Plane was way too hot and stuffy, wasn't until about 20 min into flight before started to cool down.

Pros: Zee was our flight attendant and she was absolutely wonderful. Personable, attentive, and she made sure each and every person on the plane was comfortable and happy, going so far as to move solo passengers to empty rows so they could have more space. I wish she could be on every flight I take.

Cons: Could have been in time waited seated in the plane for more than an hour due to technical problems , airline could have provided free refreshments at least as a consolation

Pros: The crew was great. The seats, though cramped, were nice to have electronic device holders instead of built in screens.

Cons: The flight was 9 hours and they didn't provide any meals. That's ridiculous. When I fly with any other airline for over 7 hours I've always gotten 1 meal, if not 2. The food for purchase however, was very good. But they should not expect you to pay.

Pros: Not the flights problem that I have sciatic issues and get very unconfortable, not going to lie I was more uncomfortable than I thought I’d be. Bathrooms were clean and staff was wonderful! Besides the long flight and my own back issues, great flight.

Cons: If I upgraded to first class!

Pros: The boarding process At British airways was another smooth one. However American Airlines is very terrible boarding process from New York to Seattle. Flight was delayed ( as always with American Airlines lol)

Pros: The seat for United First is really comfortable and the in-flight dinner for the route was pretty good.

Pros: Very friendly cabin crew; excellent service with a smile. Food was good considering, and Magnum ice cream bar a delightful treat. Cabin crew paid good attention to benefits of hydration and served water continuously. Seats and leg room were comfortable considering economy and no extra cost.

Cons: Plane was not as clean as it should be--plastic utensil on floor, seat rails not vacuumed--however, still rate overall comfort as excellent.

Pros: No carry on fee, comfortable seat and pitch

Cons: Awful, loud credit card sales pitch wine up children and another everyone in cabin for what seemed an eternity. Absolutely disgusting.

Cons: When I checked in on line, I was asked to choose my seat. However, there were no seats available that were free of added charge. I had to pay another $50.00 for a seat. I do believe, when I have a confirmed ticket, I should not have to pay an additional charge for a seat.

Pros: Crew was fine, nothing spectacular.
