It was easy and very comfortable! The crew was accommodating and cheerful. I enjoyed myself!

I normally have very good experiences with Breeze. The crew is great, pricing is excellent, and the planes are new and usually clean. This time in Huntsville we were delayed, which I understand can happen, however we were moved from one gate to the opposite side of the terminal and then back again... There was a lot of confusion. Also, my seat had a lot of food crumbs still on the floor where I had to stow my bookbag, so that was a bit disappointing. Other than that, all was good. Crew was great as usual!

Our flight was delayed 7 hours. Due to a change in equipment we were downgraded from "Nicest" to "Nicer," even having to pay for a soft drink. Disappointing. To Breeze's credit that issued a $100 flight credit. A refund would have been more appreciated.

Surprised at how much I enjoyed Breeze. Paid for the Nicer upgrade which made it closer in price to a flag ship carrier but with more comfortable seats and much more leg room. Crew was polite and since we brought our food no loss there. Would make the point that the ‘have to pay for a carry-on is BS’. Most people did not and had several. Still was plenty of room in the overheads.

Something about the chair was uncomfortable, Maine the curvature of the back.

Given some type of snack. Had staff that hated their job and life in general. Have regular overhead bins. The bags have to go sideways and even then, they barely fit. The seats in the front - what would be considered business class were nice. Nothing extra but nice for a short flight. But the regular seats were so close I have no idea how people even fit it them.

Worst airline - on our flight down from MCO to EYW, there was a huuuuuge delay. We were supposed to take off 12p and it was pushed back to almost 2:30p. We boarded the plane and then sat on the tarmac forever because we were "over" weight and had to burn fuel. Rather than ask guests to volunteer and leave, they kept us on the plane. Finally a family decided to off board and take their luggage with them. Shortly after, we left the terminal but then the pilot told us we may have to sit at the end of the runway for 15-20mins to burn more fuel. Which we ended up doing and of course it started to rain. We finally took off 2:50p. We were supposed to land 1p and didn't land until 3:45p. Basically had time to scramble off the plane, grab our luggage, request transportation to our hotel, unpack, rinse off and hustle over to our 6:30p dinner ressy. It's a shame Breeze is the only non-stop airline from MCO to EYW. For this, not sure I'd ever go back to EYW - most def will not take Breeze again.

Airplane was newer and very clean, lots of space. Crew was great. There was no food and entertainment but that was expected so not an issue.

nice flight. no frills but a 3 hour flight I caught up on my sleep. Stan O

Crew was inconsistent in instructions in advising passengers about seat backs during take off. Perfunctory announcements except from cabin.

The departure and arrival was on time. The fact that I could load my boarding tickets on the American airlines app.

Horrible experience, delays after delays. A flight that should arrive 11:50pm just landed past 1 am, and another 30min waiting for the baggage to come out. Very disappointing.

My experience with American Airlines was great. Unfortunately my stroller was not located and has not been given to me and or reached out in return for in regard to information.

On the plus side, crew was attentive, drinks were cold, and in-flight entertainment selection was better than some other airlines. On the negative aide, Plane was delayed almost an hour, either no announcements from the gate crew. Biscoff cookies are gross, appreciate airlines that give a choice. Also, crew had no personality or enthusiasm at all.

Waited on the runway for takeoff for 2.5 hours. Air traffic rerouted us. The plane didn't have enough fuel, so had to go back to the gate. Had to wait for a new pilot. Should have landed at 5:22. Didn't land until 9:10. Trash flight.

I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade at boarding. I finally had a mostly gluten free food options and a very attentive attendant.

Their computers were down upon arrival to the airport. They were unable to figure out how to board us. We were delayed over an hour and a half.

Free wifi kept dropping so no inflight entertainment. And only snack option was cookies.

Flight was delayed 2 times, first from 6:30 to 7, then to 8:45 pm (the last flight out). There was almost NO information provided, and the first indication that something was wrong was the posting on the board. Gate attendants scarcely announced it. There was no effort to assist customers in finding other/ earlier flights and the assistance desk was understaffed with a painfully long line.

I didn’t like that they keep changing stuff of the trip, like the flight it self from Guayaquil to Nyc i did a stupid scale to chicago, and one dat before my return trip they change the bag polite
