Seats are not comfortable. The crew are OK. No fruit juice or cool drinks.
The crew was sick and one lady kept running to the bathroom?!? The plane was old...

Customer service personnel over the phone was so rude to me. Flight crew on the flight from dfw to lhr wasn’t friendly at all.

They really did a great job, kept us informed about what was going on,staff was quick, organized and pleasant. I have to say, best food on a flight that I have had in a very LONG time,!
I flew overnight from Toronto, Canada to Dublin and had a relatively pleasant experience. The food and drink trolleys came by quite quickly and frequently, and the food exceeded my expectations. The crew was friendly, for the most part. Boarding certainly could've been smoother... But overall, I'd fly Aer Lingus again for an overseas trip.
