Ninth consecutive American flight I have been on that was delayed

Had to wait for a gate for a long time, then waited on the run way for a long time before leaving. The actual flights part was good.

I had a positive experience on American. I'm blind and traveling with a guide dog and the flight attendants were so kind, friendly, and helpful towards us. They checked in on us during the flight and they made us feel comfortable and welcomed. There was an hour delay before depature, but overall the flight was a smooth ride. I appreciate that there were no issues on this long flight back home.

Flight was delayed. Staff at the gate effectively and proactively communicated about the delay.

It was late, then the bathroom was inoperable plus it was very hot as well. Plane was very old

Flight left more than 5 hours late. American's policy did not allow flight to be fueled or bags to be loaded due to intermittent lightning. We were on the plane for hours before having to deplane. They then changed the departure time to an earlier than expected time. We re-boarded and had to wait another 1.5 hours on the plane before it finally took off. Flight crew did not serve any food or drinks while airborne.

Overall, I had a great flight on American Airlines. The only compliant that I have is that my gate changed 30 minutes before boarding the flight. This was annoying because I had a connection in Charlotte and it's a very big airport.

Our flight was delayed 45 minutes and we missed our connection, while we were able to get a flight the following day the voucher for food did not work.
