Check-in agent was very pleasant even through having to deal with a number of cancelled flights.
Flight was delayed shortly before it was scheduled for boarding, which resulted in further delays/cancellations along the journey. Earlier notification may have allowed me to remain in Atlanta a night or two longer with my family as opposed to having had to spend many additional hours sitting uncomfortably in an airport.
Gate agent was fantastic! Her positive demeanor made for the delays and cancellations to not seem as much of an issue. She was extremely pleasant when explaining what was happening to flights, connections, etc. She was helpful when checking boarding passes to ensure that travellers were ok for their flight.
Again, last minute notification of delayed or cancelled flights made things somewhat worrisome. The late notification led to me missing my nest connection in Minneapolis, and having to sleep in the airport until the following morning in order to transfer my ticket to another flight leaving in the morning/afternoon/evening...very nerve-wracking to say the least.
Fast boarding, we even left early! Very kind crew. Flight was WAY shorter than it said on our itinerary!
No TVs and couldn’t get wifi to work. Small plane, slightly uncomfortable.

Was stuck in the aircraft for over 1 hour after landing at Toronto Pearson International, close to Terminal 3. Due to no available Ground Crew to receive us.
No crew to load the baggage or guide us out of the terminal. After a day of cancellations and delays for my one flight, my baggage was lost. I felt like notifying us about delays and cancellations could have been handled more efficiently. Also, the staff was not helpful when my baggage was lost
From my arrival to the airport until landing in Las Vegas everything was smooth. I arrived on time with no hiccups.
There was nothing to dislike. I have a great service and will fly with Westjet again. Highly recommended. No delays. No issues
Flight was delayed. Staff were rude, slow and uninterested to help. Boarding was very slow, overhead was full. Baggage pickup was excessively slow. Overall a very poor experience with WestJet
The flight was average. Not great but not bad
I was forced to pay 50 dollars for our first piece of checked luggage on our return flight. This was not indicated to me when purchasing the ticket and absolutely horrible policy of weet jet and kayak by affiliation. How can you be selling tickets and not clearly indicating whether or baggage is not included. Also when we checked in it did not indicate this fee. It wasn’t until we got to the airport were we notified. Not that it makes a difference because obviously if we checked bags original departure we would obviously need to bring them back. The whole thing seems sleazy. Otherwise the service was pretty good.
