Pros: The crew was nice and helpful, especially when my son was feeling sick after the landing. One of the crew members immediately got up and grabbed us a ginger ale and pretzels.

Cons: Although we landed on time there wasn’t a gate for us to pull up to. So we had to wait on the runway for an hour before being able to pull up to an available gate.

Pros: Crew was fantastic but seats lack padding which agrivated my tailbone.

Pros: first flight was cancelled: second flight was 4 hours late so I did not get on it because I would miss connections and any later flight would put into Kiev at 1 AM... thus 3 nights with no sleep. I then cancelled.

Cons: first cancellation was understandable but everything after that was a fiasco including waiting 11 hours in Customer Service line to rebook cancelled flight.

Cons: My luggage is missing. It would be better if it was not missing

Pros: There were a few hiccups with the overall flight process, but the crew was very friendly and informed everyone in a timely manner of the situation. There were also good snacks. Also, flexible baggage policy, which was great.

Cons: The boarding situation is odd and less organized or structured than any of the other airlines I've flown with.

Cons: Crowded, small plane. No air after people had boarded while fuel was being replenished (dangerous?), sitting at gate for 20minutes. This, after a 2 hour delay. Then a rough landing in Minneapolis- plane brakes sharply and suddenly, shuddered to a taxi rate of speed. simple snacks, not very good.

Cons: Better allergy aware food.

Cons: The seat was awful. Boarding was disorganized. Luggage retrieval was awful. They closed the ramp for a long time and then didn't communicate.

Cons: We started by boarding plane, we sat on plane for nearly an hour before we had to get off due to maintenance. We sat in airport for another hour, got back on and had to wait another hour to take off. Such an uncomfortable experience knowing the plane was down. Horrible time.

Pros: The announcements for our flight was not good. When I asked the counter associate "if our flight was on time" she said yes. What she should have said was "yes we're boarding now". We almost missed out flight! Also once we were settled and was able to order our drinks, it took them so long to teturn

Cons: As soon as we got our drinks. We started descending which meant we has to drink fast. It was not enjoyable!

Cons: My wife and I couldn't sit together regarless of how much money we wished to spend on reserving seats.

Cons: Plane was delayed coming in, then we were told we were waiting on catering. Then it became a weather issue. Then we boarded. Weather got worse so they took us off. The second time we boarded and were told we’re waiting on catering who wasn’t on site then had to go through airport security. After 3HOURS , we were asked to leave the plane. For rebounding the next morning with no explanation. The next morning the flight was delayed an additional 3HOURS. We were never given food in all this time of a wait. This became an 18+ hour delay. We definitely missed our connection and they rebooked it.

Cons: The seats on the 787 Dreamliner proved to be uncomfortable AGAIN this trip. 2 years ago we flew the 787 overnight and the seats were the same. Hard cushions, tight seat pitch, and little room to move about.

Cons: Other than at meals, No crew around to distribute water on a 9-10 hour flight. Crew not very nice when we were asking for water. Completely dehydrated on arrival. Ground crew very charming.

Pros: Excellent crew excellent a young small brunette was not very friendly or accommodating. Otherwise the whole crew would have gotten 5 starts. Everything else was wonderful!

Cons: Gate agent at SF was rude and unprofessional. While waiting, gate agent at gate 65, flight 647 started the following, “group 1 boarding, group 2 boarding...everybody, let’s go let’s go”. She went on to call out one, Hispanic customer with limited English, “come here, you can board now”, rude rude.

Pros: Most was pretty standard. We did arrive 30 minutes early, which was nice.

Cons: My bag was checked at the gate, and I was told I could pick it up in Sint Maarten, my final destination. I arrived in Sint Maarten to learn that AA had left my luggage at Charlotte Airport, despite having landed 30 minutes early.

Cons: 1 hour 30 min late taking off.

Cons: It was an older airplane. For a long flight from Montreal to San Francisco, a plane with more room would be more humane. People were lined up for the bathrooms most of the trip since could not use the small first class bathroom. If one wanted a meal, it was one you had to pay for. Broken monitor
