They tried to request ppl to take next day flight by giving away 300 gift card etc. the ppl who were told there are no seats upset and arguing at the gate. Flight was delayed for one hour. Once we are on airplane, they are still shuffling seats around, so ppl cannot move forward. Just standing there for 10mins waiting for things to settle. Flight attendants did not give us a headphone. (I have a headphone for iPhone X so I could not connect it to their entertaiment system.)

I am having knee surgery soon and the walk from security to gate 34 LaGuardia would have put me over the top with pain! It was a very nice gentleman that gave me a ride to the gate and even stopped to let me use the bathroom. Thumbs up *****
Cons: The fact that I was charged $150 to check a small cosmetics bag is no loose change ! I would have carried it on but my hand is in a brace and I has to have extensive surgery. Then yoy get to the gate, and they repeatedly asked for volunteers to check their bags for free. I think this is a very unfair policy and try to explain it to the curbside attendant. I literally cannot carry more than five pounds in my left hand until I get bone replacement surgery. I'm also having knee surgery soon and this small additional weight would be caused me excruciating pain ! They didn't care and still charged me $150 for a bag thats no bigger than 12 inches and weighs less than ten pounds. Thats the way you treat your first class passengers? One other quick note: the sausage and egg sandwich? that was served for breakfast was absolutely horrible! Thumbs down !

Cons: Delta cancelled the flight after midnight on Friday morning, and never rebooked me. I still haven't heard from them. In not even sure why I'm getting alerts about baggage claim.

Cons: The plane was older 747-400 but that is no excuse for the layers of dirt or dust on the air vents and ceilings. I actually took a photos and will be forwarding to Lufthansa. The couple in front of us actually took a wet wipe and wiped down there area and ceiling. Also the boarding process was a mess we actually were taken by bus to the aircraft that was at the freight depot and had to climb stairs to get on the 747. I’m not sure how they handle the passengers with mobility issues. First time flying with a European airline and I was told the service was better not on this flight.

Cons: My wifes luggage was lost, no followup at all from Lufthansa (main) or in Seville which was our destination. We had to call to find out any information. Once the bag was found and delivered to Seville, Lufthansa personnel again did not tell us nor would they deliver the bag to our hotel as the driver had already left. We then had to wait another day to have the bag delivered to Granada. Terrible customer service, the bag was missing for four days causing us to spend time shopping for clothes rather than experiencing the city.

Pros: Attitude, attitude, attitude...when it's positive and customer friendly it shines...this depicts my experience on all of my Lufthansa flights concerning the cabin crew(s). Smiling faces genuinely concerned about the passenger experience aboard the aircraft. In contrast, on a previous International flight via a US based carrier...there too was lots of cabin crew attitude...but not the pleasant type.

Pros: The food tasted really good and especially the bread was much more appealing than on our previous flight. The flight attendants were very efficient and attentive. I liked that they asked the person in front of me to put his seat up during the meal time. That helped me eat more comfortably. Entertainment options were extensive.
Cons: Boarding was delayed and was tedious. It took forever because there was not an orderly line and just a jumble of people. We had to show our passports 3 different times between check in and boarding. People had put their passports away, then had to get them out again at the gate. That slowed everything down to a crawl. Our party was not accommodated when we asked for seats together. My husband and I were separated and we were separated from our kids. The ground crew did not seem to care. Take off was delayed, but the captain never told us why. The guy in front of me reclined his seat the whole time. I felt like a sardine in a can. So uncomfortable!

Cons: Seating was entirely too cramped. It has gotten worse over the years but this Lufthansa flight reached a new height in discomfort. You cannot even eat nor put your seat back. Pros: Seat was uncomfortable. There was nothing to like. In past I have traveled by KLM but this time it was worst.
Cons: No proper food service. Even to the passenger of Amsterdam no dinner was served. No inflight service. It looks like domestic flight. I will think twice to travel by KLM. The check-in staff at counter was absolutely arrogant. Staff ar boarding gate was nice.

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible.

Cons: The fact that there are different airline carriers for one flight is hard. In my second flight they made me check a bag which was considered a carry on during my first flight

Pros: Very friendly and the food and drinks never stopped and no additional charges, a very nice experience over the bargain airlines, free in-flight movies, and entertainment, no cost.

Pros: The seats were much more comfortable then my last flight. The entertainment system was also updated from the 1980’s remote and cord ones on my flight from DC to Paris.
Cons: There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight.

Cons: Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family.

Cons: Seat recline was broken- wouldn’t hold position.

Cons: I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare

Cons: Awoke to find ill man laying on floor in aisle next to me with oxygen. Shortly after... Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers.

Cons: the tray was broken and the water felt all over. the flight was 1 hr delayed. All of us stood the 1 hr waiting to know what's next. We could sit.

Cons: CDG airport in Paris is a very inefficient and by far the slowest airport. I recommend other passengers to get to the airport at least 4 hours before their departure.

Cons: boarding groups were not adhered to and those in a lower boarding group often boarded well after those in later boarding groups.

Pros: I'm not Hindu, but I requested Hindu Vegetarian meal. It was very tasty and enjoyable.

Cons: Crew forced me to change my upgraded comfort seat to accommodate a 12 year old who they knew was going to be airsick. So I spent the first half of the flight next to a vomiting girl. Only after I asked to file a complaint, they allowed me one of two empty seats in premium. Terrible customer service.

Pros: The crew ask some of us to help seating a family group together. No objection. Then they went out of their way to make the trip more enjoyable for us... even offering a drink of Champagne wine (the true one, not some substitute)... Departed almost on time, arrived a few minutes early...

Cons: Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full.

Cons: The food was cold. We were served about 40 minutes after most of the plane got their food. The overhead compartments kept opening by themselves through out the flight. Food was horrible.

Cons: The food was the worst airline food I have ever been served. I could not eat it. This is very disappointing for an airline like AirFrance which usually serves very good meals.

Cons: Air Canada Rouge is a nasty way to travel. In a standard seat, there is enough room for a very small adult/ child. If you are 6ft tall or more, you are going to be in trouble. If Air Canada gave an extra 3 inches of space for your knees between the seat in front of your own seat, everything else would be bearable. Corporate greed drives jamming in as many seats as humanly possible to ensure that you know how a sardine in a can feels. I am not sure why Air Canada feels justified in charging extra money for a bulkhead seat just so a customer can have a "normal" experience travelling. I would recommend every Air Canada exec goes for a ride on a Rouge Cattle Car to see how enjoyable it is.

Pros: My goal was to get a flight for a reasonable price. I got that and had great entertainment with the Air Canada app as well.

Cons: After taking Air Canada to Toronto, this Air Canada flight from Toronto to Orlando was a shock- no back-of-seat tv screens, no entertainment choice, no meals provided, less space, less comfortable.

Cons: Each chair didn't have a tv. There weren't any plugs to keep electronics charged up.

Cons: Things Beyond your control as an airline... Two kids next to me vomiting for the last hour. And holy moly, Canadians from the Montreal area can talk! The entire flight was filled with passengers non stop talking. Not kidding. And apparently the norm is to say something and then repeat it four times just to be sure. I thought Americans were the most annoying talkers, turns out we have competition.

Cons: There was no USB port or an outlet on my seat to charge my cellphone.

Cons: We arrived at Toronto airport at 1:30pm for our 4:55 flight....we sat and sat and sat for almost 8 hours...since the flight was delayed for 4 plus hours...it took about 2 hours before they advised the problems..several planes had late issues..something wrong there. We could not advise the people picking us up and we got ti |Orlando at almost 12 midnight.. |Paul

Cons: It might be possible to get good reviews for a flight that takes off two and a half hours late so that everybody misses dinner and gets to bed late (and forty-five minutes to get my bag didn't help matters). But you're not going to get them if you won't even tell your customers why the flight was delayed.

Cons: Air Canada Rouge should be renamed Air Canada Rude. Employees are very un-friendly; Seat design on the plane is the most uncomfortable of any airline out there. Very close to each other and very little padding on cushion of seat. Dirty plane; don’t think they serviced it between flights, garbage in each seat pouch. Very cold on flight, crew did not regulate the climate control. Too many unnecessary announcements both in English then French. Each announcement seemed like it lasted about 10 minutes which no one listen. So much for trying to watch a movie that pauses every time the crew feels the needs to talk. Sat at gate for 30 minutes pass departure time without any explanation until right before we departed (waiting on passengers from late arriving flights). At lease they could have told us. Anyhow this is not the Air Canada of old. Air Canada Rouge shows no signs that they care about the comfort of their passengers.

Cons: Being blasted through my headphones by the captains announcements indifferent cabin crew. How poorly boarding was managed by AC. There was absolutely no effort made to enhance a boring flight with food or drink unless you paid for it.I guess AC does not consider it an international flight from the US to CA and visa versa which saves them a lot of money and works only in their favor. Why I,m even bothering to fill this in.

Pros: Guys, we were traveling in the middle of Matthew hurricane and the pilot was just perfect, we didn't feel it. No bumps, no disturbance, nothing. Like shiny day. Congrats

Pros: The crew was very accommodating of the negative situation my boyfriend was in. He was suffering from food poisoning from the previous flight and was unable to hold it in before the plane took off. They were very gracious with making sure that he had sufficient vomit bags and after the fasten seat belt light turned off, they allowed him to move seats in order to sit closer to the bathrooms. While this was a very difficult journey for him, the crew made it slightly more bearable.

Cons: The cabin was dirty. The staff was not friendly. The cabin was freezing cold. The checking in system was not pleasant. We got the the airport 2.5 hours early and barely made it to the gate on time.

The email I received reminding me about the flight The small aircraft on the way from Orlando to Canada The size of the restroom on the plane back from Ontario to Canada. I am pregnant so that extra room to stretch is great. The fast service when retrieving my luggage.
Cons: My flight back was delayed 2 hours. There were screaming kids on the plane. The flight status on the main screen on the airport reflected a different time than the app.

Cons: Overbooked and was removed from flight without notice. Was flown to Newark, NJ instead. The next plane was broken and had to disembark. Got home 8 hours late, after 2am, and had to pay for transportation from airport because prearranged transportation was no longer available. Plane was dirty and staff was rude.

Cons: When I checked in at Ottawa they gave me a ticket for the Toronto to Orlando flight but there was no seat #. They said get it when you are at the gate. They knew all along there would be no seat # ever as they had overbooked by 12 passengers but didn't have the decency to tell me or apologize and explain. I was in line-ups for the 3 1/2 hrs I was in Toronto trying to get a seat and not knowing till the very last minute that I had one. The very back row next to the toilet. I will never recommend to fly Air Canada.

Cons: gate assignment kept changing so i bounced through the airport more than i would have liked to since i was trying to get some work done between flights. in addition, the final gate assignment was tight to say the least; people were literally sitting on the floor next to the moving walkway. this isn't an Air Canada problem it's a Pearson problem and made the experience less than pleasant.

Cons: NO entertainment. Seats were too small and crowded. We chose our seats months in advance but were given two seats on two different rows and middle seats. We transferred from an overnight flight on Air Canada and the morning flight was very uncomfortable with no complimentary entertainment.
