Cons: "Everything that could have gone wrong with my flights, went wrong. On my way from LA to Raleigh (through Atlanta), I was affected by the weather conditions at Atlanta. I understand that the weather is beyond Delta's scope of control, but customer service is not. I had to wait in line at LAX for 8 hours to even get information on what had happened, and what solutions were available. The customer service call center was collapsed, and at the airport counters at one point there was ONLY ONE DELTA REPRESENTATIVE serving a line of more than 100 upset customers. This IS Delta's fault, and it is unacceptable. This definitely was under Delta's control, but in order to save a few dollars in overtime for emergency staff Delta was willing to let its customers make terribly long lines, miss their flights, their connections and consequently their commitments. It is disappointing to observe how Delta believes that a few dollars saved on extra staff and emergency measures can offset the irreparable long term damage to its business due to upset customers. My way back from Raleigh to Los Angeles was also a disaster. Without any type of explanation and nothing more than an email announcing the change, the nonstop flight I bought was replaced by a 1-stop flight with connection in Atlanta. This was NOT THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED. There is a reason I paid a premium for a nonstop flight, and Delta did not hesitate in providing me with a less valuable product without any explanation or refund. Delta prioritizes its operational metrics - an obsession to fill and overbook its capacity - over its customers' experience, one again under the foolish belief that short term savings in any way offset the long term damage of disappointed and alienated customers. I will NEVER FLY DELTA AGAIN. I will do whatever I can to transmit my experience to everyone I know. At a time where major airline carriers are in the spotlight due to abusive practices (i.e. the United passenger case), I still find hope in knowing that alternatives such as Southwest still put their customers first, over the ethereal benefits that a few-dollar savings in operational expenses can provide."

Pros: "My Delta flight from Salt Lake to Orlando was the dreaded redeye. Flight was packed, no empty seats. I had a middle row seat. But the plane was new and the seats were comfortable. The flight arrived early.I slept or tried to sleep the entire flight. No complaints."

I am not certain what the problem is, but it is a significant issue with them. Captain was "bubbly" and upbeat without properly managing the passengers' expectations. Bad public relations."

Cons: "I don't like when they leave me at the gate in my wheelchair. I don't like it even more when they take the wheelchair. I feel really uneasy when I am left at the gate. So I have the wheelchair pusher let someone know from the gate that I am there and will need assistance. Once again being sexually assaulted going through the metal detectors. Outside of being foreign most of the United employees seem like complete morons. Also there was that same bag in front of me. So my legroom was restricted."

Cons: "Our flights were all cancelled or delayed and they gave us nothing to apologize. We lost 2 whole days of vacation and the cost of our rooms. All of the customer service people were rude. One lady in particular was so rude I had to walk away from the desk. The movie on the plane skipped and was unwatchable. I hate this airline and would pay more to fly another one."

Cons: "The flight was delayed for almost 5 hours and then cancelled. This delayed my trip with family to Missouri and inconvenienced many people. On top of that, due to cancellation had to stay in hotel without my luggage and my pills that I have to take daily. Worst experience ever!! I need compensation for all this mess!!!!"

Cons: "On the 3 hour and 18 minute trip to NY in the coach section the seats have hard plastic armrests and a paded armrest would make your airline the cats meow. Give the coach section a little comfort please."

Cons: "The flight was over one hour late in leaving and while I appreciate that is beyond the control of the flight crew, one steward was quite rude as we were quickly trying to board as she prioritized serving the first class cabin rather than get us all on the plane. At the very least she could have used commonly acceptable language such as "please, thank you and excuse me" but rather chose to use "wait". As some of us where desperate to make a tight connection in SF, focusing on getting people on board and the plane off the ground should have been the crew focus."

Cons: "On the return home, I was seated in the last row right next to the lavatory. I was bumped into at least 40 times by other passengers and flight attendants."

Pros: "Got delayed on my first flight, missed my other connections, had an 8 hr layover and almost 24 hr trip, rearranged my entire travel plan. Not united 's fault but not the best flight I've had either."

Cons: "Boarding chaos, zones are there for a reason and the gate agent shouldn't be a pushover. Had the huge elbow hog sitting next to me and the temperature on board was between 95-105. It was crazy warm for a winter flight when passengers are already wearing cold adapted clothing."

Cons: "My first flight was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight. I was put on a standby list for flights to my destination as well as to any cities around it with connecting flights. Every flight was over sold and they were unable to get me on any flights until Tuesday... My original flight was Sunday morning. I was among 26 others on this standby list. United customer service told me to wait at the airport until my flight because they wouldn't be able to help me with a hotel. Less than satisfied and annoyed that I have to miss two days of work on top of having to stay in San Francisco for two nights."

Cons: "Changed gates 3 times at the last moment. 0 social distancing. Flight was overbooked. Most middle seats were filled. Fly another airline if possible."

Cons: "The line to check bags was over 30 minutes long. Boarding was slow, the plane was late on both legs of the trip. Everything costs extra. If the the flight is one price, don’t forget to add an additional $74 for checking one bag there and back"

Pros: "The flight itself was a nice flight. The captain and first officer were communicative and the few times we experienced turbulence I felt like they immediately tried to minimize it. I had a good amount of room in my seat (I was not in an emergency exit row) and I had no problems with my luggage."
Cons: "There was a 2 hour delay to take off. When your flight is at 7am and you've woken up at 3:30 or 4 to get to the airport on time, it's a bit frustrating to wait an extra 2 hours to leave. The gate agents were woefully uninformed and when they did communicate with passengers it was vague and unhelpful. The gate agents kept referring to the need for "maintenance" on the aircraft. It doesn't inspire a great deal of confidence in the soundness of the plane to hear that the maintenance crew is trying to "fix something in the cockpit." The Departures monitors and my Kayak app were giving me delay updates before the gate agents were. At one point we switched gates (it was the gate directly across from the original gate) and I watched as passengers at one gate literally traded places with passengers at another gate because the flights had swapped gates. It was comical. Overall, just a disorganized, uninformative, frustrating mess."

Pros: "The only thing I liked was the man who was boarding us because he was hurrying up so much. No doubt because he was hearing complaints back to back after the flight was delayed 4 hours."
Cons: "The plane was delayed 4 hours and you still had to buy your own drinks and snacks, the plane was ungodly uncomfortable, it was past midnight and the flight crew would not stop making announcements or turning on and off the lights. Frontier nickel and dimes you so much. I will never fly frontier again and I'm telling my friends and family to never fly them either."

Cons: "The delays but understand sometimes that’s outside of anyone’s control."

Cons: "So many delays. My flight was eventually cancelled on Friday and was rescheduled for Saturday. The Saturday flight was delayed. All in all, i wasted a vacation day on Friday, I paid for a hotel in Denver for Friday night that I was not able to get refunded, I missed out on a day in Denver. It was a huge bummer."

Cons: "Carry on charges are asinine. The same charge for checking in baggage is the same for carry-ons. Clarification needs to be in writing so that options are weighted prior to making my way to the counter."

Cons: "I didn't like the fact that I was charged $90 for mine and my daughter's 2 carry on bags that were the size that fit in the over head bin!!! I spent hours carefully choosing the right things to fit into these tiny bags so that I could carry them on and not pay the $40 baggage fee for 1 checked bat- but it turns out I had to pay more than DOUBLE for these 2 bags that totaled much less in weight than any one bag that others were checking... VERY DECEPTIVE and WRONG!"

Cons: "Expensive baggage fees, and very uncomfortable seats"

Cons: "I'm hit heavy traffic and missed the flight and the gate agents weren't helpful and didn't seem to care. Other airlines were much more accommodating and helped me get home to my wedding. I won't buy another Frontier plane ticket."

Pros: "I expected a fee for my checked bags, but I did not expect my carry-on to cost anything let alone more. I'm not sure what their definition of a carry-on is. Also, I really did not appreciate how they changed our gate and delayed our flight without making an announcement. And then they just kept stringing us along. One of my fellow passengers discovered that the food voucher they gave was $10 less than what we were supposed to get, after the fact of course."

Pros: "price and little wait time, although after cost of carry and flight bagagge it wasnt a good experience."
Cons: "The service was sub par, they charged me 80 for carry on and the plane looked horrid. At least if youre gonna be cheap, be cheap and dont keep charging cause if you do then its criticizing it for the next tier."

Pros: "The employees were all kind - mismanagement is not their fault."
Cons: "Unexplained 4 hour delay added to the general inconvenience of a Frontier flight. I have had more cancellations with this airline than any other. Yes, their prices are low but you get what you pay for. By the time you pay fees for both carry on and checked bags it isn't such a stellar deal after all. If it were well managed and reliable I might consider booking again, but it is clearly not a well run airline. Look elsewhere!"

Pros: "We showed up to the airport at 11:00 pm because our flight was delayed two hours and scheduled to leave around 1:00am. However instead of getting our boarding passes and heading to security, we stood in line for 3 hours, just to have the ticket lady tell us our flight has been cancelled "due to weather," which was a complete lie they told us, just so they didn't have to comp us for anything. Other people we knew who were flying with different airlines had no trouble flying from Las Vegas to Milwaukee that Sunday evening. So why was the weather only affecting Frontier? Because it wasn't a weather problem, and they're a bunch of liars. Their next flight out, that we could get on was Thursday! Four Days Later! They wouldn't comp our hotel, food, taxis, NOTHING! They expected us to just stay in Vegas for four days and pay for everything ourselves. They didn't offer to get us on any sooner flight. They basically said Thursday is your only option, tough luck. I am very disappointed in the service I received from Frontier, and I will never fly with them again."

Pros: "The crew and baggage office guy are the only things I can compliment on-they were all very nice"
Cons: "Up charges for EVERYTHING-you think you'43 gettIng a deal until you pay for seat, carry on, check ed bag and anything other than water on flight....lost our luggage and apparently this happens all the time according to baggage office worker. We arrived on Wed night and left Sat am and no one still has any clue where bag is...prob because they DO NOT scan the barcodes on your ticket."

Cons: "For the second time in 2 months the flight was 1 hr late due to poor mechanical upkeep by Frontier."

Cons: "I was notified about our flight delay this morning - at least six hours before boarding. There was no explanation of why, which doesn't always happen, but odd that alternate arrangements couldn't be made during that time. When it came to the planned boarding time, there was no update. The city name was removed from the board and a new one added. Still no update. We started boarding about 20 minutes after the delayed *departure* time. Passengers from the next listed flight kept shuffling in line, based on the confusion of the destination update displayed. It was a mess. Saving money on flights was not worth this hassle. Beyond the flight itself, here are some other gems of the experience: *upon arriving at the airport, at least half of the kiosks weren't working. There were hundreds of people in line, and five counters staffed. *when we arrived on our previous flight, we were early! However, there was a plane at our gate...and it had mechanical problems. We sat on the runway for at least half an hour."

Cons: "Customer Service--I had a carry on bag--that Memphis approved. When I arrived at Denver--I was told that I had to pay sixty dollars or it would have to go below. I explained that it was approved at Memphis and that if it was oversized it would cost forty dollars. Why is it higher in Denver-reply was-the closer you get to the plane the more it cost!! After a few questions another person said she would let me pay forty or it would go below. I explained that I had my computer in my bag and didn't want something to happen to it. I decided to pay the forty dollars(that I should not have to pay) I ask if I would get a receipt-she replied yes. After she ran my credit card, she said it would not print out. I asked if she charged forty dollars. She said yes--but I want know until I get my statement if she charged sixty or forty. I guess by now that I did not have good service in Denver. Customer service is awful. One more thing--While loading the plane a woman was carrying on a guitar(which was a lot bigger tan my bag) I asked if she had to pay to bring it on. She replied no!"

Pros: "Tait was about the best flight attendant I've seen. Handsome, efficient, and funny. They don't pay him enough. Games were fun."
Cons: "They were out of Bailey's Irish Cream. They let somebody else take my wheelchair, and I had to wait a long time for a replacement (well after all the rest of the passengers were gone)."

Pros: "Boarding and the flight were fine no real complains at all. We did leave later than the scheduled time, with no clear explanation why, which made me miss my hotel shuttle so I had to pay for a cab instead of a free shuttle."
Cons: "The seats are tight and you have to pay for absolutely everything! Extra carry on, food and everything else that you might need or want. The tray tables are barely big enough to put your drink on."

Frontier refunded my initial flight, but the flights there after I had to cover myself. this ended up being very expensive for me. I am not super happy about it"

Cons: "For starters when checking in at the ticket booth they don't take cash. I had to buy a prepaid card and pay 45 with card fee to check one 30lbs bag. Then I had to sit in one of the most uncomfortable seats. Everything on flight as far as drinks and snacks went was purchase only . no wifi was available not even to purchase.. Then when I got to my destination my bags where not there I had to wait till 4:45pm the next day. No refund was given for baggage check they made it seem like it was no big deal."

Cons: "It seemed they were boarding too many people too quickly. Huge lines formed to get on (and off) the plane. We were delayed by a half hour leaving Denver but the flight attendants or pilot never announced anything about it. We were sitting on a hot plane without much air circulation so it made for an uncomfortable start to that flight."

Pros: "NOTHING"
Cons: "Didn't have to pay for carry on from LAX to DEN and then get told I need to pay $60 for it from DEN to BZN. Called customer support, got put on hold 3 times and got nowhere. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY FRONTIER. Not consistent with rules and I was never told or aware of the $60 carry on charge or I would have checked my bag for $25 in the beginning."
