Cons: "Well if my future father in law was on the flight it would have been wonderful, but he passed away July 7th, and I did get refunded, and we are mourning his loss and keep getting notifications about the flight and emails which makes it very difficult mentally. So it would be nice if Delta would get their process of refunds especially when it's a death to maybe not get notified. I was the one that purchased the tickets for him in April."

A very special treat that we got two snacks each which were very much appreciated as it was an early morning flight and we didn't get a chance to get breakfasts."

Being told it was weather related on the plane and being told it was MAINTENANCE by customer service. The plane was very crowded, the flight attendants never smiled. WHen i told the attendant i was being "rained" on he said...i know its happening everywhere..... he said there was nothing he could do but get me paper towels...they never came. I was very annoyed getting off the plane walking back and forth....it was aweful. and my flight before this was no better i am VERY TURNED OFF BY AMERICAN AIRLINES RIGHT NOW."

Cons: "The gate was changed 1hr prior to boarding despite the arriving plane having landed 3hrs prior. So with stroller and infant in toe, I had to run to change terminals/buildings. There was no assistance or prior warning regarding this from the check in staff and I made it all the way to the original terminal and gate before having to turn around. The desk staff at the gate was asked about early boarding for infants and said it would be okay but didn’t give clear instructions on boarding so I sat down and they began boarding each group 20 minutes later and did not give priority to mother’s with infants. The stroller which I brought to the gate was then tagged incorrectly with a white tag instead of a pink tag. I was later told by he crew that it meant it would go directly to baggage claim instead of being brought to the door. According to the crew, all staff know to tag with a pink tag. At every step there was blatant display of inconsideration that made an already difficulty journey, that much more challenging."

Most MIA staff was very rude (this wasn't American's own staff, or TSA, I should note). American stripped my group of our seat assignments (which we had selected 6 months prior) without reason and with minimal apology. No solution offered. Got middle seats but luckily was able to switch on one of the computer kiosks. Flight crew didn't seem to care that other people moved to the for-pay seats further up front (the flight wasn't full)... so why did we lose our seat assignments and get grief with not being able to select anything good? Not impressed."

Pros: "I appreciated the interactive screen on the backseat, which provided me entertainment watching Doctor Who and playing Angry Birds. I also liked that the power outlet to charge my phone was more accessible on the backseat instead of below my seat, which is normally where I find it."

At worst, I've seen 1 seat have such a device, so it was quite disappointing to see 2 seats with them, including mine."

Cons: "My flight IB 4190 from DFW to Paris on 11/11/17 @ 17:55 was operated by American Airline. I was denied to pay for my second check in bag for the simple reason that I didn't buy my ticket with American Airline!! According to American Airline agent (Danielle) at the counter, a ticket purchased with Iberia only allow 1 check bag for free and you are not allow to check in an additional bag. I called the travelling agency and Iberia customer service agent (Jose) while I was at the airport. They both told me that I should go with the luggage rule of American Airline which allow passenger to pay for a second bag. Danielle refused to talk to both agents I called. I need someone to tell me how my luggage can be send to me to Paris please. I had a very bad experience with this trip. Please help clarify the discrepancy!"

Cons: "I had to go on my trip a few days later due to a work conflict. I never changed my itinerary because I didn’t think it mattered. I bought a new one way ticket on a different airline and went to get on my return flight that I had paid for and was still receiving emails about. I got to the airport to check in for my return flight and it had been canceled because I didn’t get on the first leg. I was never notified and they couldn’t get me on the flight I wanted because it was leaving in less than hour(which is a stupid rule). And to get me on a flight the next day would cost $2500. No thanks. And before anyone tells me that it’s in the fine print that they cancel a flight if you don’t show up, save it. We all know people don’t read all that. Be a human being. So if your plans change, make sure you officially change your plans, because they may go above, but probably not beyond. Oh and it took quite a long time for them to figure out what happened. If they had realized and I didn’t spend so much time on the phone with customer service, I might’ve been outside the hour window requirement."

So we have to rub our bodies up against each other to let people squeeze through. -I think you guys could do better than one tiny bag of pretzel mix for a 5 hour flight. -Let's get upper management flying in economy across the country and see what they would change."

Still to this time which is around 24 hours later from the flight, there is no response about her bags. Insulin was on checked luggage. She experiencing serious knee pain due to the fast walk from gate to gate. Fast walk being mention since she is old and can't run. Besides that, flights were good."

Cons: "Because of the short connection time the group of people including me made it to the gate a bit late. However the plane was still at the gate and did not leave for another 15 minutes. But they refused to take us on board saying t was too late, as a result: They sent us with the next flight to Chicago instead of Washington DC. My whole schedule was messed up as i had to fly through Chicago. My luggage was lost and i only received it 2 days later. Will file the complaint."

Frontier nickel and dimes you so much. I will never fly frontier again and I'm telling my friends and family to never fly them either."

Pros: "Nothing throughout the arrival to landing except the actual flight crew was at an even decent level."
Cons: "After having flown to Austin for the death of my mother my return flight to DC was delayed for over 8 hours. There was minimal communication and no real understanding of what was happening by frontier. When asked about any sort of compensation the employees were extremely rude and difficult. After so many hours they’re required to give a 50 dollar voucher but failed to do so. After not sleeping for multiple nights due to my situation I did not arrive into DC till 1am and had to drive multiple hours home in the middle of the night which was a major safety hazard. Frontier did not offer to compensate a hotel or anything for the inconvenice. Extremely disappointed in the horrendous service provided by the airline in this nightmare scenario"

Pros: "We liked how organized and fast they were in every sense."
Cons: "One part we didn't like was one sarcastic/rude flight attendant. Other than that it was a great experience, it was my first time using frontier and I would use them again it was safe great solid airline."

Cons: "THE most uncomfortable seats ever!! The seat bottom has been reduced in size by half - the edge hits mid-thigh - and all cushioning has been removed - like sitting on a folding chair, but less comfortable! And the pricing: I paid as much to bring my luggage with me as I did for my "seat". And to top it off, it was a red-eye flight and the crew were yacking the whole time. I will NEVER fly frontier again."

Pros: "I am handicapped and need a wheelchair to get to the gate. After I arrived at the gate and was ready to pre-board, Frontier sent another attendant to wheel me down the ramp which was fantastic since most times I have to drag and stumble my way down the ramp to board. When the plane arrived at Dulles, there was a wheelchair waiting for me at the door of the plane-a first in many flights. I am grateful for the Frontier staff's consideration and assistance."
Cons: "Having flown Frontier before, I was aware of the baggage charges, so I try to prepare accordingly (pay for all baggage online rather than at the gate). I am a bit perplexed, however, at the seat charge. I am handicapped and must sit in an aisle seat where I can stretch out my leg to some degree. I was told that because I am handicapped I do not have to pay for a special seat, but every time fly Frontier, I have had to pay to get an aisle seat. What do I have to do to get the necessary seating without charge other than sit wherever they place me and chance a circulatory episode?"

Pros: "The flight was quick and easy, the plane was good (nothing special). No food or entertainment but that was ok as it was a short flight. Crew was personable and efficient"
Cons: "It seemed that there was a lack of communication between the flight crew and the check in counter. The ladys at check in said the flight was delayed by two hours but once i got to the gate the board and crew said the flight was on time, so i dont know what that was about."

The crew even has the gall to hit the passengers up for signing up for a Frontier Credit card.The seats are single piece plastic shells with a covering resembling public bus seats. A flight over 45minutes becomes very painful. The tray table, if you can call it that, is tiny and can barely hold my phone."

Cons: "I was not aware the flight was ala cart when I bought the ticket. I found out after I bought it and wanted to choose my seat and check a bag. let us know in advance of buying. It changed the price of a round trip from $278 to $390. The seats did not recline at either location that I sat; first in the back, then after spending more money to upgrade for more leg room, the seat still did not recline."

Cons: "My flight was delayed but I didn't get email until 230 am and I had to wake up at 420 am. Also my luggage was lost so I got a 50$ voucher. I am attending a dental seminar in a sweater and jeans. My bag got delayed another day and was only given another 50$ but I have to spend 200$ to get a 100$. I had no toiletiries, dress clothes, socks, and underwear. I asked for 150$ voucher and was denied. Also if I could a get free bag check on the return trip. Also denied. I expected a little more customer service when bags are lost."

Cons: "Rude staff. Wouldn't let me board because I was late from traffic even though myself and others stood at the ticket counter waiting for a representitive to show up. Completely unaccommadating and when I asked about how to get another flight he handed me a paper with a number. I called and it was a recording. No money back no help and rude comments. Found a return flight through American. The first flight had polite flight attendants though"

Cons: "The flight was 5 and a half hours late and the company never informed us about the reasons for the delay or gave us any kind of apology. My overall experience with Frontier has been good in the past and that is why I don't understand this behaviour and lack of care with the customers."

Cons: "Bate and switch Internet fares. Confusing baggage fees i.e The definition of carry on baggage. Confusing seating fees. Misleading prices. Web site times out before seating and baggage fees can be determined. I will be more careful comparing Frontier prices for future flights and will advise family and friends to do the same."

Cons: "The seats were so uncomfortable. Why use a 319 aircraft and not get comfortable seats that lean back at the very least?"

Pros: "Nothing. The lady told me that I was too late to check into my flight and then the plane had a delay in so I did have enough time but she still wouldn't give me back my money or let me get on my flight"
Cons: "Everything. No one seem to want to help me and everybody was very rude. The lady gave me a phone number to call and told me sorry for my luck. I probably will never use frontier ever again and I will make sure that I let everybody else to not use them as well I just wanted my money back."

Cons: "I do not fly a lot but in my experience in comparison to Delta, US airways and American Airlines, these seats were more cramped and much less comfortable. They were solid plastic with little padding. I've never seen an airline charge for a carry on bag. This is extreme considering some airlines still find ways to check bags for free. Finally, I am very claustrophobic and can not risk being put in a middle seat. I also am not very comfortable with a window seat either. The fact that I had to pay $10+ each way to ensure comfort which I can choose for free on any other airline was frustrating. These three items will keep me from flying this airline again."

Cons: "Terrible service with lots of delays and was not taken care properly at all. Spent 28 hours in total to reach destination."

Cons: "Um, I recall frontier flights that, while not comfortable because flying never is, actually had amenities. I'm never flying Frontier again if I can help it. Charging for carry on was annoying, but charging for everything, INCLUDING a cup of water is bs. Replacing uncomfortable seats that at least occasionally had a TV in the back of them, with uncomfortable without the possible, overpriced, distraction of tv, was the last straw. Appreciate it. Frontier was my go to for cheap, quality, flights. Guess I'll be flying JetBlue from now on."
