Flight was cancelled months ago but we were not notified. Ended up in the last row next to the bathroom

The whole flight the service and how easy everything was to get to our destination. The only frustrating aspect was the fact that we could not check in early consequently on our connecting flight we were not sitting together.

Flight was delayed an hour and a half, bags took almost 40 minutes to come out. Flight staff is not welcoming. Lounge food selection is comical. For business class my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me. Airline needs a lot of work

Boarding on a heavy rain outside new airport with bridges.

Boarding was annoying. Just at boarding they changed my bought and extra payed comfort seat for normal economy seat. And on my seat they placed someone else.

It was great for a short flight - but due to turbulence no service, and there is no entertainment Appreciated leaving and arriving on time!

We payed for the seats and yet were bumped into others. One airbag under the seat was broken and hanging down, which made sitting down quite uncomfortable. Also tore up my stockings. Flight attendant didn't seem to care at all about that.

My comment before for Sarajevo-Zagreb fligh was actually abou flight from Zagreb to Amsterdam.

Never made it on Thai plane due to all the other planes being late

Although our departure (DUB) was slightly delayed we reached our destination (LBA) ahead of schedule. The price was very competitive too (around €100 return). Plus, the departure times for both legs were very good: 13:05 and 15:10, respectively. I gave a neutral rating for Food and Entertainment because I didn't avail of either.

Nothing unexpected considering it is a Ryanair flight. It does the job. Nothing above, at all.

Flight was over an hour late. Boarding was really messy with long queues at the plane.

Their customer service needs an overhaul. I wish we could access them and the could be more helpful. Also, the website has been crashing and I had numerous technical errors. My flight was cancelled and we spent so much time trying to get help because the tech was failing.

Flight was good but delayed (45 minutes) which made other connections difficult.

Boarding was with buses, but they let people without priority boarding before people with priority boadring.

It is what you pay for. Always delayed. Very small planes. Hard to fly with kids.

Flight was late boarding was poor. Economy boarded at the same time as premium. No space overhead for my cabin bag late arrival into Paphos.

bring iPad for entertainment. The flight was punctual as most of the time.

On time, no announcement all along the flight, you can rest.
