My seat had many issues. First the chair was broken where reclining was difficult. My usb plug was also broken so charging was impossible.
The flight from Hong Kong to Hyderabad didn’t have any power points to charge my mobile. Given we are no longer allowed to use power banks, giving customers the ability to charge even on short flights is critical part of the overall experience.
Boarding on any airline is a hot mess. Load your pivilaged passengers, then back to front. Back to front.
Multiple late or canceled flights. Lounge was 100 degrees. Food was terrible. The plane was incredibly old, and best of all, a screaming child for 3 hours. All for the low low price of $2,600 one way Hanoi to Shanghai. No idea how Cathay is ranked so high. Cathay is not much better than American Airlines or Spirit. In the future I will go out of my way to not fly Cathay.
The experience was very good. A little disappointed for the delays and the screen. The touch screen was annoying for being so irresponsive. Not a lot of good movie choices for me. The service is great. Food could have more choices though.
The vegan oriental option was disappointing. The regular vegan option was okay but we've had better.
Indian Vegetarian food was bland and I had to repeatedly ask for Salt. Movie selection is out dated.
The flight experience was good for a long flight over the pole, but it got my wife to the Far East in time.
I love the comfortable business class seats. The service was excellent. Staff was friendly.

The seat and leg room is small on the 2 seated row. Otherwise, very good crew and service.

No choice of food was given, and I was served leftovers, so they were returned back. the crew is unfriendly and harsh. Need to be trained on communication.
Great flight. I didn't watch the entertainment. I used my iPad the whole flight. But, staff was great, smooth flight, comfortable seat (business seat 7A) and food was really good (I'm a vegetarian).
The flight was very nice but the food selection for the people in the last rows was limited to vegetarian meals only. I think vegetarian meal should not be offered as a main selection.
Drinking water could be in more sustainable packaging than plastic bottles
They lost my luggage on December 30th. It is now January 3rd and i still don’t have it. I’ve called lost and found multiple times and they cannot provide an update. They keep saying one day and then it gets postponed again. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. It’s infringing on my vacation. I have stressed how important it is for me to have my suitcase right away. It should have been resolved within 1-2 days.
