Pros:the staff I dealt with was ok, the policy and the manager are terribleCons:I booked medium size, the manager called and offered a Dacia, which was out of the question, ad on Kayak says opel astra or similar. They offered a 20 euro full insurance over the phone, when I got there it was for 35 euro. You can pick up in town, their office is in a school, weird. Worst of all they charged me an extra 17 euro for me dropping off the car Sunday as "surcharge for dropping out of regular office hours".Reviewed Jan 10 2021
