Cons:There were two shuttles that finally took us to the pickup location. Facility was ok, Car was not clean inside I was charged for full tank of gas when I left the car three fourth tank full. Hours of operation is limited, this had to leave the car the night before my early am flight- knowing that I would never make it to the plane if I needed to ride two shuttles. Pros:Friendly staff, disney plus on the big screenCons:It took 1.5 hours to get our car with just 2 customers in front of us. The representative who checked us in was working remotely, so we were face timing him through an iPad on the counter. It was very inconvenient and took forever. The reservation said we have to pay $300 deposit, he told us, doesn't matter what the reservation says, we charge $500. The car we got smelled like weed. We exchanged it for another car that smelled like smoke and was dirty. I had to stop at a store on the way home and buy disinfectant to clean it myself. Never again!Reviewed Jun 30 2021

Pros:Staff was very nice and helpful. Pick up and drop off was very simple and convenient.Cons:Their cars can be inspected better before renting them out to customers. The first rental that was provided brakes and tires were very worn. They did switch us out into a newer vehicle they following day.Reviewed Jun 27 2021

Pros:Nothing. Didn't get the car.Cons:So, Ace in Denver closes at 8:00 pm. Ok, that's fine, but they stop running the shuttle from the airport at 7:45. So, when I arrived at the rental car shuttle pickup at about 7:47, all the rental car busses are coming and going but no sign of an Ace bus. So, I call, and they inform me that despite the fact that I'm standing there waiting before 8:00, the last bus has left and they will not send it back but that I can pick up my car in the morning. Needless to say, I hopped on the next Payless bus and got a better car from them for less money. I guess I could say thank you to Ace for their poor customer service since it worked out fine in the end.Reviewed Jun 27 2021

Pros:Please be aware that Ace rental car doesn’t exist I couldn’t find this company, the phone number given it’s just to leave a voice mail and I ended up renting another car in San Pablo airport. I wasted almost 2 hours of my time because of this ghost company.Cons:If price line would have giving me the name of the subcontracted rental car in San Pablo Airport (Seville) Totally unacceptable!!!!Reviewed Jun 25 2021

Pros:Staff was friendly and helpfull and the drop off was quick and good.Cons:The car was far from good, the remote did not work, I had to close all 4 doors and the trunk everytime manually, the car was full of scratches. No Tank cover.Reviewed Jun 22 2021
