Pros: The rooms and facilities were great. The staff was professional and helpful.
Cons: I've had better breakfasts at economy hotels. The food quality was very disappointing and not up to the standards I expected (given the cost and quality of the facility).
Pros: The hotel was quiet, room is big enough and breakfast is actually very good.
Cons: None, it was the perfect stay!
Hyatt House Burlington is conveniently located in the heart of the 128 high technology belt, and only 20 minutes from downtown Boston. Spacious One Bedroom or Two Bedroom/Two Bath suites are ideal for the business traveler. Complimentary daily full breakfast buffet and free WIFI are just a few of the value added amenities.
Pros: Staff was really nice, let me check in early, breakfast spread had a lot of variety, nice, big, clean, room
Cons: You can hear your people in the next room sometimes
Pros: Location, cleanliness, free breakfast
Pros: Clean. Friendly staff. Free internet.
Cons: Breakfast was very substandard for a Hilton. Coffee urns were all empty at 7:30 am. The toaster was broken, bagels got stuck or burned to a crisp. Fresh fruit bowl was empty too. No staff in sight.
Pros: Clean rooms, hot water, quiet, good location
Cons: There were a lot of people staying there at the same time and mornings were horrible. We got to breakfast around 8.30 each morning and there was no breakfast left, no seating which is hard with 2 & 4 year olds. The coffee station ran out of coffee & lids.
Cons: not accommodating at all.
Pros: The location was close enough to Logan Airport
Cons: It didn't quite live up to Hampton standards. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned. They ran out of food and coffee for breakfast. The decor is out dated compared to other Hamptons we have stayed in. Manager was attentive and addressed bathroom issue.
Pros: Staff was excellent.
Cons: Heating/AC unit was not working properly, could not open the windiow
Pros: The staff was super nice and very helpful in shuttling us to destinations within 5 miles.
Pros: Great location for shopping - restaurants & only 20 mins from the airport. Daytime staff was great.
Cons: There was a guy that worked early morning (about 5:30 am) who wasn't very friendly & he was rude. He was the only reason I would down grade the hotel. His customer service skills were horrible.
Pros: Nice Size bed, complementary items in the room, TV was good size breakfast.

Pros: The staff was very friendly. The room was big and well kept.
Cons: The property is in need of some TLC or attention. I have stayed with Sonesta before but would not stay again if this was first experience with them. Bathroom had hair on the edge of tub and in the corner of bathroom - not reassuring that room was clean. The door to the bathroom didn't close all the way because the door frame was warped. Some very strong fragrance - perhaps room deodorized was so overbearing you could taste it. Dirty knives in the silverware drawer. Front desk didn't ask how the stay was or I might have shared this with them. Very disappointing stay
Pros: Room was clean and well maintained. Some breakfast items were above expectations while others were below expectations (is it possible to water down scrambled eggs...seemed like it).
Cons: Too few staff speak or understand english. Advertised items (grab and go breakfast) did not exist, and given a run -around when I asked about it (last person in the chain said "no!"). Overflowing trash can in front of the hotel is an eyesore and sanitary issue.
Pros: Danielle and Heather at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Overall the staff seemed very nice. I would go back.
Pros: The staff was amazingly friendly--from the front desk to the breakfast crew to the room maintenance staff.
Also, the location gave great access to major highways as well as Middlesex Turnpike (to get to the Alewife T station).
Cons: It would be nice if they could refinish the metal in the elevator cabs. The rest of the interior decorations were fun and creative, but then you get into elevators that look abused and it took away from the overall effect.
Situated in the entertainment district, this aparthotel is 0.7 mi (1.1 km) from Burlington Mall and within 9 mi (15 km) of Woburn Mall and Louisa May Alcott's Orchard House. Bentley College and Walden Pond are also within 12 mi (20 km).
Cons: Too noisy during the day due to current renovation. Had to change room, but still noisy.
Pros: Everything was awesome
Pros: Comfortable and quiet
Pros: Location is nice. Right off the highway and close to upscale mall.
Cons: Need more selections in the longe. Didn't seem to care about upgrading elites.
Pros: Liked the room. Breakfast was very nice. Staff very friendly & accomodating. Convenient to hospital and loved the shuttle.
Cons: Asked for a robe & extra blankets as my husband had surgery the day before & was cold. Staff brought them, but they were both so raggedy & torn that I almost hated using them. Seriously they need to be brought to the local shelter for dogs. Time to replace or don't offer them.
Pros: Everyone I encountered was helpful. After only 2 days staff were saying hello. Having a Starbucks set up in the morning was particularly nice. Dining in the restaurant was fantastic. Food very good.
Cons: The facility is over priced for the suburbs. The rooms Do not justify the price.
Pros: Very nice lobby / restaurant area. Extremely comfortable beds.
Cons: Inconvenient facilities and amenities in the room. Room had "budget"-grade fixtures and amenities (bathroom / furniture in room). Not pleased with that after paying for a premium hotel.
Pros: The cleanliness of the room was amazing. The decor was great. The staff was very friendly.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.
Pros: I loved the pool, hot tub, and sauna. It was so nice and relaxing. I particularly liked that it all stayed open until 11pm, because at so many hotels the hours are hard to use. 6am-11pm gave us plenty of time to take full advantage of the relaxing. The beds were very comfy. The services was nice. We had room service breakfast and the man who brought it was very nice and polite. The front desk helped us a lot by allowing us an extending check out due to a wedding we had to prep for. The fire place and wall of water in the lobby were beautiful. It is a great location. Peacefully situated but also close to a huge mall so you can get all sorts of food and anything you needed.
Cons: The restaurant and room service in the hotel were very expensive. Luckily there is a mall down the street with much more affordable options. We went the the rain forest cafe and had fun. Other than that I really loved everything. It was a great day and just what we needed.

Pros: When I saw this gorgeous room I called the desk thinking I got a room that cost more than I paid!
Cons: I had high hopes for a great breakfast, but the food was typical manufactured steam tray food.

Cons: Room was too small for four people to sleep / shower comfortably
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Very small bathroom, Vent broken. Tv remote didn't work well.
Pros: I liked the price, especially for New Years Eve. I liked the guy at the front desk with the dress he was very polite and helpful. I like how everything was fairly new. I appreciated the free breakfast which was not too shabby at all.
Cons: No pool
Pros: The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was super clean with a very comfortable bed.
The price was great. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: I wish they had a restaurant. There are few within walking distance. I ate at the cafe Marriott Courtyard next door. A sitdown restaurant to enjoy a meal and glass of wine would be ideal.

Pros: As you would expect from a Courtyard, all was up to high standards. Enjoyable stay.
Cons: Lack of free breakfast.
Cons: Threadbare towels and sheets. Not the norm for other Courtyard Marriotts. Surprising given it's location in an Office Park.
Pros: I like that it's secluded in a quiet area that you can feel totally relaxed...the rooms were spacious, well decorated and clean, the couch and bed, very comfy, the pool was not deep enough for adults but shallow enough for kids to swim in.
Cons: I didn't like that the channels didn't have a guide menu to look at so I had to scroll them one by one...shampoo, conditioner and soap were provided but no toothpaste...I also didn't like going back and forth downstairs to the lobby to use the microwave. It would be nice if it was inside the room...Overall, it was a good and relaxing experience. I'd go back definetly

Pros: It is a very functional hotel. It was easy to find and access via a good highway.
Cons: I have no issues at this price point.
Pros: More like a motel when I wanted some more creamers for the coffee they claim they didn't have any and then I saw them put more out I don't drink milk so spending almost $---on a hotel and asking for Kramer seemed really off of the location is not good I
Cons: Suggest feel up to hotel the manager was very nice but again the location is awful and it does not stand up to the standards of the store a little
Pros: Clean exercise room
Pros: Clean room, no residue odor of smoking, everything working. The front desk crew were cheerful and helpful.
Cons: The included 'breakfast' was unappetizing, disappointing.
Pros: Extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable room.
Pros: Staff and breakfast!
Cons: Dated but well refurbished Quite a ways out from Boston, but not a terribly bad drive in to town.
Pros: The good ratings are accurate! This lodging is in a quiet location outside the hubub of the area. All was very clean, in order, pleasant staff, efficient in all ways. A very good place to stay.
Pros: The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was exceptionally friendly and informative. The showers were the greatest! I'd chose them again!
Pros: location and room facilities, and the continental breakfast is excellent
Pros: Great staff and location. WiFi speed was great.
Cons: The rooms were a little small but nothing that made a big difference.
Pros: Newly refurnished and refurbished. Older building with thick walls and double-paned windows, so didn't hear neighbors or traffic. Large lawn to walk dog. Patio/balcony for all rooms. Highest quality 'free' breakfast I've seen, with lots of hot foods.
Cons: Motel-style building with some rooms having parking almost right up to the door. But, the windows are double-paned, and this wasn't as noisy as one might expect.

Cons: We reserved a room (200 dollars) when we arrived we were told that the carpets had just been steamed and were damp. Two hundred dollars for a room with damp carpets. That is inhospitable!
They moved us to a room with only a shower that was habitable. But our stay was spoiled. Never again!
Cons: The pictures include the breakfast bar which appears to be against the wall. It isn't, there are staff behind the counter charging you for food. No complimentary breakfast. Also the food seems microwaved. You are better off eating outside of the hotel.

Pros: This is one of the best places we have stayed. Newly renovated, exceptionally clean and the best staff in town ! Also appreciate that pets are kept in only certain rooms so that those of us who are allergic can be sure of a pet free environment.
Pros: Peace, tranquility, breakfast and social evenings. Also, the rooms and their kitchens. The staff are the kindest ever
Cons: Everything was good. No complaints
Cons: Had a couple in room below us screaming at each other at 2am. I called front desk and they put an end to the noise.
Pros: Convenient location right off 495 centrally located for easy access to Lowell, Lawrence, Manchester, Nashua, Worcester and Boston. Not much else to like. Free internet was okay
Cons: Hotel is just beginning to undergo a badly needed renovation. Rooms were old and tired. The couch in the living area was an embarrassment. The Marriott name on this establishment is an embarrassment.
Pros: Loved the s sweet staff! Highly recommend!!
Cons: Everything was awesome
Pros: Almost Everything was almost perfect.
Cons: They charged my creditcard for incidentals without telling me about it. I do not know if I will need to get involved. This is a relatively small concern but it would be nice to let me know before hand.
Pros: was very comfortable
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; they really tried to put what matters most to me, first.
Cons: Parking was challenging in some spots because the lines are not at all straight. The roadway (within the hotel grounds) needs to be repaved also.
Pros: Very nice room. Very clean and in a good, quiet location.Staff is very helpful and friendly. Wonderful buffet breakfast.
Cons: The TV in the bedroom did not work.
The location is convenient to the greater Boston area yet just far enough from the urban congestion.
Pros: The room size and amenities are excellent.

Pros: I liked the clean, sleek lines of the furnishings. Sort of Japanese.
Cons: This and sister hotel at BWI where we stayed the night before had FOX on tv in breakfast area, turned low. Screaming no-no.
Pros: Easy access, good was great
Cons: The ac or fan could be a little stronger, it was very weak but did manage to circulate air.
Pros: I loved the remodel.
Cons: The walls were paper thin and I could hear everything. I needed a good nights rest and instead was up off and on all night. Very disappointed.
Pros: Excellent hotel!
Pros: Location and Price. The Staff is also excellent!!!!!
Pros: The tv
Cons: I don't like your coffee
Pros: Either brand new or newly renovated. Very nice.
Cons: The staff did seem a little cold but I'm beginning to realize this may just be a New England thing. Everyone seems a bit grumpy! No problems, just not a lot of active customer service or going above and beyond either though.
Cons: Needed to do laundry, dryer was out for my stsy, working so I didn't have time to go to a laundromat so had to wear dirty clothes
Pros: Clean and new.
Pros: Our favorite thing about the hotel was the freshness of the 'modern' feel of the room and it's appointments - clean, simple, uncluttered - probably leading the field of where successful lodging is heading. Easy access to 495 and 90. Across from Cabelos!
Cons: No negatives.
Pros: Seemed like a new hotel, modern clean decor. Continental breakfast above average. Excellent that they provided turkey sausage.
Cons: My room faced the Mall entrance across the street. The mall store signs were lit-up like a lighthouse beacon ALL NIGHT and the room did not have black-out curtains to draw. A little confusion about making up the room but that was quickly remedied.

Cons: Accomadations came as a couple was given room with two twin beds said third party booking so they couldnt fo anything ?? there was no more king rooms Or queen beds im guessing
Pros: the staff were both kind and helpful
Pros: The bar area, food was good, drinks we're good. The contemporary look was nice, overall great experience.
Cons: The pool area was very small and extremely hot.
Pros: It was very different from the standard hotel looks, in that they are very colorful and the organization of the space and room is very unique. Definitely nice to see a hotel that is not the standard fare, especially outside of a major city. The king sized bed was pillow top and felt amazing. They had so many pillows on the bed that we had to move some off to a lounge chair. They gave out (free) bags of ice downstairs in the snack bar area instead of having an ice dispenser on each floor, which was another oddity, but we were ok with that. No complimentary breakfast, but there was an area where they served food if you wanted to order it for 24hrs. They have shampoo and body soap dispensers that are attached to the wall under the shower head. First time we saw that, and not sure if we liked it or not because it can be opened by guests and refilled, but it was better if you use a lot of shampoo and conditioner. They use Bliss products which was nice. Room was very well lit, with two separate overhead reading lights at the bed. Indoor pool was nice since it closed at 11pm. The water was a good temp but theres lots of chlorine in that water though. Overall a clean and neat experience at this hotel. I'd recommend it.
Cons: Water pressure in the shower could be better. It didn't feel strong enough to wash away all the soap.
Hard to get out of the parking lot of the hotel into the main road, as the stop light took about 8 minutes to change to green. Not sure if this may be a city street light issue, but they should probably have a better exit onto a main road.
Bathroom could be a bit bigger as the fridge was underneath the bathroom sink.
Pros: I had an extremely pleasant stay, and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an affordable option right outside of Boston that has exceptional customer service. I stayed here on a visit from FL to see my family, and wanted to enjoy the serene environment of Lexington as an escape from the city. Everything was flawless with our stay.
Pros: The building is a leed gold, which means green energy efficient building with great indoor air quality. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful. I would love to stay there again.
Cons: The pool water was full of salt and chlorine.
Pros: Very clean, modern and the staff was so helpful and sweet.
Cons: Not a thing.

Pros: This hotel is so well maintained and spotlessly clean. Even though it's not a 5 star hotel it's large enough that it's well staffed all the time. Even when we had our "do not disturb" sign out in the morning our room was quickly cleaned when we were out in the afternoon. We were in town to visit our son and hotel staff were very helpful in accommodating our 2 young (age 3 & 6) granddaughters when they came to stay with us a couple of nights. Also the hotel was full of HS Soccer teams in town for a tourney and the hotel strictly enforced "quiet hours". I was very pleased with that! Also loved that the coffee maker is a Keurig. They don't furnish many pods and they were not my favorite brand, but there's a grocery very close to the hotel so we bought a box of our favorite brand and also a small carton of half and half and kept it in the fridge. We really liked having a fridge and a microwave in the room. We have special diet needs so we actually made our own breakfast in the room. Was fun to make popcorn for the kiddos and watch a movie with them before bedtime too! The hotel is so close to shopping! Burlington Mall is very nice.
Cons: The indoor pool is large which is good but the maintenance staff does not understand that it's an INDOOR pool! When maintaining an outdoor pool the wind and sun deplete chemicals, therefore a lesser quantity of chemicals are needed indoors. Some people may believe that more chemicals = safer sanitation, but that's not true. I've been responsible for maintaining a pool and too much is just too much. Even with an outdoor pool if there is too much chlorine in the water you use large fans to lower the concentration (yes- wind, even from fans, removes chemicals from the water). The water was cloudy (it should be clear if chemicals are used appropriately) and also foamy which means too much fungi control chemical was used, which is very unfealthy. I bought goggles to protect my granddaughter's eyes, but they still had an itchy rash from the water, probably from the fungicide which not really needed very often indoors since direct sun is what causes fungi in a pool. An over chlorinated pool is not dangerous to your health, just unpleasant, but when the water is foamy and cloudy, that's very bad. I really wanted to prop all the doors open and set up some fans!
Cons: Our room at this property had a serious ventilation problem which they acknowledged but made no effort to mitigate. The heavy odor of cooking bacon woke us each morning at 5am and did not immediately dissipate rather lingered in the room and hallways.
The odor was strong and very offensive.
Pros: I like the atmosphere and everyone was very nice and it was quite too.
Cons: I didn't like how small the bathroom was..I felt closed in, also didn't like that my room was next to an elevator.
Pros: The shuttle drivers were extraordinarily friendly! Alfred mentioned that we were near Lexington and took me to all of the sights. He and the other drivers definitely helped to make my weekend stay awesome! The room itself was wonderful and very comforting to come home to each night! 5/5 would recommend.

Pros: The only good thing I can say is that the accommodation was comfortable.
Cons: This was the lease welcoming Hampton Inn that I have ever stayed at. Staff was not at all friendly and security was ridiculous. I have never been in a hotel with so much security. I mean they were storming around the hotel, standing in the hallways and scaring our hockey kids to the point of nightmares . They are 9-10 year old boys. I never felt at ease and relaxed

Cons: Booked 5 weeks ahead of time, confirmed my reservation via email the day before and was still double booked and unable to stay at the hotel. Poor business practice to do that to people.

Pros: Nice updated decor and furniture. Hotel personel was friendly.
Cons: Bar restuarant closed early, by 11 pm so it was hard to get something to eat or have a cocktail/ nightcap.
Pros: Clean and well designed.
Cons: Infastructure is in need of updating, i.e. outlets.
Pros: The rooms were clean and beds comfortable, though on the second day, they didn't replace all the glasses with clean ones or clean out the ice bucket.
Cons: At check-in we were informed our 2 rooms were no where near each other so they checked us into 1 room and told us they would call when the other room was ready. They didn't. I had to go down a couple of hours later to ask for our other room. I made the reservation months ago so they should have put the rooms side by side but they didn't. Furthermore, I had a package at the desk, which they did not tell me about.

Fantastic hotel! I really enjoyed my stay and the personal touches for guests. The staff was even nice enough to let my boyfriend and I take some breakfast to go a half hr before they opened because we were off to a marathon at 8 AM. It was an extremely convenient location and we were able to walk to a restaurant and grocery store which were 10 mins away.
Pros: When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly staff member who informed me I was the guest of the day and gave me a gift bag. There were cookies and cider at the entrance. Also, a fantastic doo-wop group performed!
Cons: I wasn't able to use the hot tub or pool because both seemed to be constantly occupied. I checked twice with no luck.
Pros: Liked everything about this hotel. Hands down best bang for the buck.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.
The check in and out was simple and easy. All the employees were helpful and nice. The room was amazing!!! It was very clean and comfy and very roomy. The breakfast was awesome and allot to choose from!! My husband and I loved it and if we are ever in that area again, we know where to stay! VERY IMPRESSED!!!! Plus, I got an amazing rate from Priceline!!! :)))
Pros: I loved everything about it!!! The room was beyond what I was expecting. It was in a nice location and there was a great restaurant, right in across the way. I was very impressed!!
Cons: Not one thing!
Excellent place to stay. Highly recommend it with 4 stars.
Pros: All staff friendly/available always. Our room wasn't on the housekeeper list, but I asked her to take the towels an give us a few clean ones. She did the room anyway. Free dinner for husband was great as I was at a wake. Breasfast an greeters were awesome.

Pros: Loved the breakfast buffet.
Cons: The heater in my room kept malfunctioning. The first nite the girl at the desk was in my room 3 times, trying to fix it. The next day a man
