After Hours Emergency Services

Cons: We hit a cow in the middle of wide open country around 9:00 pm and when we called Alamos 800# for assistance we were told to remain with the car and nothing was done to assist us. Our car was not driveable and we had 2 children who were scared to death. This lack of service in an emergency situation is unacceptable and deplorable!

Pros: The BEST friendly service for both pickup and return. The car was a KIA Optima and it was fantastic for us. GREAT gas mileage! Thanks again Alamo!

Cons: i couldn't get a large car at a decent rate and the girl at the desk was rude. I didn't rent from you and went elsewhere. The girl said that since i had booked through pricline that she couldn't refund my money.

Cons: They did not have the car we asked for. They service counter was not knowledgeable. we were forced to take a smaller car and swap it out later for a bigger car. they charged us more than quoted.They tried to make us pay for the reservation before the car was rented. i will not rent Alamo again.

No hassles

Pros: Pickup and return were easy and efficient in the baggage claim area. I was upgraded to a larger car and got a Toyota Camry. The comfort and fuel efficiency of the car were very impressive. Overall the rental was very satisfactory.

Cons: The Billings airport could use a few more signs for rental return.
