Despite Alamo/Enterprise's claim that they have a rental counter at Brisbane International Airport, they do not. They let you book and then 4 or so hours before your flight lands they send you an email that the counter is closed due to covid and make you head over to the domestic terminal to collect your car. Not practical and against current international arrival covid management regulations (can't travel on public transport)Reviewed Mar 2 2022

Get what you pay forPros:Easy pick up and drop off at airportCons:Exterior of car was dirty and tires needed air, had to demand a new car after we looked at the car and saw the wheels bowing out from lack of air. Terrible customer service, dodgy insurance eg claims you have rediculous excess to pay even if you aren’t in fault of any damage to the car, even if it’s fault of another driver.Reviewed Mar 20 2018

Pros:Car was very clean and comfortableCons:Hidden extras in costs, our total ended up being double what we had originally planned. Two to four weeks to return the $200 bond, am currently trying to find out why so long.Reviewed Jan 9 2018
