After drop off they sent me an email saying their was damage to the vehicle and that they were going to make a claim however when questioned they then changed their mind due to the information on file.Reviewed Jul 20 2022

Classic bait and switch at Brisbane AirportCons:I booked the premium car three months in advance - they didn't have one when I arrived. They offered either a large gas guzzling SUV or a Camry. I took the Camry, and they refused to give me a lower rate. End up paying hundreds of $ more than I should have for the 3-week rental, but it was 5:30am after a 14 hour flight and I wasn't about to go shopping elsewhere.Reviewed Jul 28 2018
