Pros:The staff was nice, and the process of picking up and dropping off was super-fast and easy.Cons:I got a hot deal car, so my expectations were extremely low, and still the car did not live up. I got an ugly blue Chevy Spark. The car was TINY, both front to back and side to side - I've been in go-carts with more room. I'm not even 6' tall, and I barely fit. My brother and I literally couldn't fit in this car together at the same time. This was bad enough, but what I paid per day was nearly twice what I've paid for a Mercedes or BMW in the past. Sadly this was still the best experience I've had renting a car in Ft. Wayne. Somehow compacts have moved up to midsized status (e.g. Rav4), and prices have still gone up. This whole mess has made me less likely to rent a car, less likely to fly, less likely to travel as a whole.Reviewed Jan 5 2021

Cons:When we picked up the car it was only half full of gas. We also we're not able to rent car seats for our twin two year olds. The counter person was pleasant but less than helpful. When we returned the car the counter person was awesome. I wish car seat rental options were available when reserving the vehicle.Reviewed Jun 2 2020

Cons:I reserved a mini van 3 months ago and when I went to pick it up they didn’t have any. They gave me an explorer. That’s not what I needed. I needed a mini van. We had to change our whole vacation and it was terrible!Reviewed Apr 10 2019

Vehicle not availablePros:I reserved a month in advance hoping to get the caravan reserved. They upgraded me to a pickup ( since I had a large item to transport) with a dis pint for not having available what I needed. They were very sincere about helping me get what I needed to replace the caravanCons:The vehicle I reserved not being available when I had requested it a month in advance.Reviewed Jul 2 2018

Wrong rentalPros:The car was greatCons:Found out upon my return that the car assigned to my car rental agreement was switched with another person who had my same last name, and I had his.
