Easy. I liked that they went over the current damage with me. I’ve gone to other places where they just hand you the car and you have to rely on yourself to take a video etc etc to prove that previous damage was already there before you rented the car. Counter person was not friendly or accommodating, I asked for a copy of my contract and she said my printer doesn’t work and I asked can you print it out another printer and she said no and I said don’t you think you should’ve at least let me know that I wouldn’t be getting a copy of my paperwork maybe I don’t wanna look on my phone and she just shrugged and said sorry. I contacted the rental agents to give my flight number and advise that the flight was delayed. I was told that if the flight number was there the agent would stay for a few minutes past closing. My flight arrived and I called the counter at 12:45 and again at 12:47am , before they closed at 1, and no one answered. No one was there for me to get my rental, then I had to pay for $100 uber when I was with my young child at 1:30am by the time the uber arrived. Then I called the next morning, the agent was extremely rude, told me the flight number wasn’t put in rental booking.Reviewed Mar 7 2026
