Pros:"Gordon" checked us in and we found him to be pleasant / willing to answer any questions that we had. When I got to the car I noticed a rather large "ding" in the front door, passenger side, which was not noted on the initial paperwork. I brought the ding to Gordon's attention and took a photo. Without any fanfare Gordon noted the damage on our paperwork. Gordon also said he would be available during our rental period should any other needs or concerns arise. His attitude was very much appreciated! :)Cons:We did not like our experience when we returned the vehicle. The lady just had an attitude that shouted "I don't care!" No greeting.. just, "Picking up or dropping off?" No smile.. no "How was the car?" Just, "Got the keys? Want your paperwork?" So we handed in the mileage / gas tank level and were on our way.Reviewed Jul 26 2017

No car availableCons:No one was at the counter when we arrived. Waited 20 minutes for clerk to show up. ( she was outside walking) When she arrived there was no apology for us waiting. She then informs us they didn't even have the class of vehicle we had reserved (a large SUV) but they MIGHT get one back the following evening. We had to cancel our entire trip loosing $$$. Will not be reserving a car here again. We were charged a $10 by Alamo fee but did get the rest of money back.Reviewed Apr 16 2017

Wonderful customer service in HelenaPros:The SUV we rented was clean and in great condition. Also, we had a family issue which prevented us from returning the car to Helena, we were flying out of Bozeman. I called Bozeman Alamo and they we're going to charge me $800 to change. I called Helena and they were sweet, wonderful and worked with me! Excellent customer service!!!!Cons:That the person in Bozeman had no interest in helping me and only wanted to charge me $800 for a change that was less then 20miles away!!!Reviewed Feb 25 2017

Pros:Both pick-up and drop-off places were convenient. A clearer description/explaination of how the drop-off worked - including directions - would have been nice.Cons:My suitcase, which fits as carry-on on the plane, did NOT fit into the hatchback/trunk area of the Toyota Yaris. It worked out ok since I was alone, but could be problematic for someone who had more luggage.Reviewed Jul 22 2016
