The desk was not manned at all. The car we got (which we did not notice until morning), was completely unacceptable with the front valance broken and dragging on the ground and TAPE along the windshield seal. This car should not have been in service.Reviewed Oct 11 2021

Cons:The only thing with the drop off was i was unclear about who and where i should drop off the vehicle. There wasn't an Alamo in Killeen TX airport. So i had to call to see what agency I was supposed to use.Reviewed May 29 2017

Leaving early = terrible customer experiencePros:15 hr plus delay due to weather website shows counter close's at 1030pm local, we arrived at 1015pm and no one was there thus costing me $150 usd for a taxi to round Rock. If I was the manager I'd fire those people as there were 4 other groups in my situation.thanks for nothing alamo!Reviewed Dec 29 2015
