They didn’t accept Apple Pay or tap and Inhad to pay for an Lyft that cost me $330. The Alamo in Medellin Colombia accepted Apple Pay/ tap and I was able to rent a car there, so why would I not be able to rent a car in the United States. I was very disappointed in the quality of service I got there at the Alamo in LA. They left me stressed out and basically left me stranded. Supposedly they claim it is written somewhere although I could not find it anywhere that there’s a $300 security deposit that is only able to be put on a major credit card and it has to be the same credit card that parental fee goes on so on my case, roughly $400 yet I booked/reserved the car using my debit card. If this was a problem then it should not have been allowed to be done in the first place.Reviewed Oct 19 2025
