Pros:Friendly staff
Pros:Quick and easy service to get the car which was exactly the type SUV we needed.
Pros:No hassles. Very polite people. Long line, but that wasn’t their fault.
Pros:Picking up and dropping off was very quick and easy!
Pros:The Alamo representative at the lot helped me get a great car and helped me load all my gear - hard since I had just had surgery! Everyone was friendly and service was fast, car was clean and provided me with exactly what I needed.
Pros:They were great at the drop off. Easy process, no awkward interactions about our wreck, just good service.
Cons:Nothing, no complaints.
Pros:The woman who walked me to my car was the best part of the experience
Cons:The guy who checked me out was great don’t get me wrong be he had no personalization to our encounter.
Pros:Quick service. Return was all of two minutes!
Cons:Everything was good except the lady at the counter was dishonest about the return and thw selection of cars was ot too many.
Pros:We needed a car with a lot of power. The Nissan Rogue proved to be just what we needed. I especially liked the low drive gear.
