Pros:Very easy to schedule with the app. Van and paperwork ready when we arrived.
Pros:Spent hours on the phone to then have them tell me that it was not fixed. Tried to charge me an extra 325$ at the end od the rental becuase of their error

Cons:My reservation was in the wrong place. I needed pick up at DFW, and my car was reserved at Love field, half an hour away. When I tried to change the booking, they told me I needed to cancel and re-book, and I ended up with double the charge I expected. And it took an hour to sort out
