Pros:Desk staff helpful and pleasant and fast service. Car was clean and well maintained.
Pros:Truck was new and nice!
Cons:Traveling from KY to NY about an hour in to the trip a tire started loosing air! We stopped ever 2 hours to fill up the tire! The tire went completely flat the first night we were there. Called road side assistance for help and for $70 they would change our flat! So we went to a tire store who said the leak was in the side wall and couldn’t be fixed! Alamo wanted us to buy the new tire and they would reimburse us! Truck tires are expensive so they was a no go! They put the spare on for $15 and we took our chances! We tried to switch the truck for another truck but there where none!
Pros:The car was nice/clean
Cons:I reserved a car for 12pm ET. Upon arrival, I was told there were no available cars and would need to wait a few hours until other drivers return their vehicles. I was stuck at the airport with nowhere to go, finally got a car around 2:30pm but didn't arrive in the evening until late Saturday evening. When I originally inquired about how there were no cars available despite confirming a reservation the week before, the front desk employees got a bit defensive. In the end, I made it to my destination. But it was a pretty bad experience overall.
Pros:Larry, the parking lot attendant at Louisville was very nice! The shuttle bus driver in St. Louis was also great!
Cons:The lady at the desk in Louisville was not in the best mood. Not very friendly

Pros:The SUV was awesome!! Nearly brand new!!
Pros:The car was very clean and the pick up/drop off process was streamlined
Cons:I had reserved a generic specialty vehicle that could seat 4 people. The only car they had was a pick up truck which they said seated 4. Pick up truck had never been an option in the examples of generic specialty cars. I couldn't get my 80-year-old mother into a pick up truck so was forced to upgrade. It felt like a bait and switch to me. I wouldn't use Alamo again.
Pros:Car was fine, took care of business, reliable, and met expectations.
Cons:The on problem I faced was that some of the interior controls, specifically in the door, are not lit when dark. Made it difficult to locate correct buttons,
