Cons:That there was no one at the check in counter when I got there. I waited for 15 minutes before I saw anyone behind the counter.
Pros:Price was great with no surprises or hidden costs.
Pros:A quick call get me the two extra days I needed...

Pros:The staff member who checked me in was helpful and pleasant.
Cons:The car hadn't been cleaned so well. The rearview mirror had a film on it that made it difficult to see at night, and there was an empty chip bag and crumbs on the floor in the backseat. It was also quite pricey at $110 a day (though a bit less expensive than other rental agencies for the same period).
Pros:Easy drop off, alamo on the phone was super helpful
Cons:Customer service at Memphis Airport Alamo was horrendous on pick up day. Rude agents, unable to answer simple questions. No one wearing masks. Instead of being helpful or understanding, they were rude and demeaning.
