Cons:I reserved my car online and there was no one at the airport counter or in the car garage to check in and get keys from despite the fact that I indicated in my reservation that I would be arriving close to midnight. Several other customers were also at the airport and had the same problem. One of them had already paid for the rental. Another had spoke to someone on the phone who specifically said that they could get a car after 11PM. If the rental company closes its business at the airport at a certain time then you should not be able to reserve a car for a time after they close. Thank goodness the Budget rental car counter was still open and they graciously gave me a discount to match the rate I was going to get from Alamo
Pros:Drop off was quick and easy, what else can I say.
Cons:No problems on drop off.
Cons:When they said vehicle was basically "dealers choice," I didn't consider that I might be driving a gas-guzzling Ford F-150 behemoth all over the state one weekend.
Pros:Pleasant rep at the counter. Very helpful with my sis-in-law, gave some good advise to her. Car was nice and clean.
Pros:Everything worked out as advertised. Same price, same terms and free car upgrade (they were out of the class I reserved).
Cons:A bit of a long line to check out the car but otherwise e erythromycin worked out well.

Pros:After the agent who rang up my account at the airport told me how horrible this car was on comfort and ride I was very apprehensive about renting it. To my surprise the Fiat 500x was an amazing experience. It was comfortable it was clean and when I returned the car I didn't have to go back inside to check it in. Very convenient.
Cons:I didn't like the fact that my family and I are in love with this car. If we could afford one we definitely be buying one.

Cons:Staff was busy and very frenetic. Relax, typically the traveler is the one who should be stressed not the employees.
Pros:Due to weather and airline flight cancellations I had to turn the car in a day early and at a different location. Alamo handled it beautifully. I thought there might be a penalty. At first I was told there would be no additional charge. When I turned the car in there was actually a reduction in charge. I always refuel the car before turning it in, but being close on my flight time and not seeing a service station, I had to turn it in needing fuel. That was handled at a reasonable rate - I think.
Cons:Nothing.
Pros:We really appreciated the customer care we got and the upgrade.
Cons:Jeep Patriot has very poor pickup.
