Rude customer service and too much up-selling
Cons: Original counter person was super slow in getting to me and no other customers around. Super hard up-selling with larger car, insurance and gas. I booked a small car because I wanted a small car so please don't push so hard for a bigger car. Same with insurance and gas. I get you have to ask but one "no thank you" from me should be enough. I was 2 hrs early with plans of bringing back at same time so rate should have been same but it was $200 more until I complained so she changed return time in system. At the pickup station I found a very rude person texting on her phone so I laid the paperwork in front of her and waited. After she put her phone down she wouldn't pick up the oapwrwork, I had to pick it up and hand it to her. I would have done that in the first place had she not had both hands wrapped around her giant phone. Then she gives me a huge SUV, which I didn't want regardless of the price. I booked a small car for fuel efficiency. She got mad when I told her that large vehicle was unacceptable then had to go over to Enterprise to get keys to a smaller car. She then told me where it was located but it wasn't there. I walked around the garage another 15 minutes trying to find it. Normally it takes me 10-15 minutes total to get a car that time of day but I was there almost 45.

Cons: General overall information on pick up process unclear, same with drop off process & fill up On line insurance policy confusion

Pros: I like everything from the young lady who gave me the car, and some suggestions of good restaurants, to Mr. Green who help me track down my GPS I left in the car.
Cons: Nothing everything was perfect.
