Pros:I had a late afternoon flight and some time after checking out of my hotel. I took the hotel shuttle to Disneyland and walked about half a mile to Alamo where they upgraded my $34 Economy car to a BMW sedan! My boyfriend was thrilled. We took a joy ride, visited a museum and dropped the car off at the airport. It was effortless, the staff was charming and the car was awesome.

Pros:the counter guys were fast and very nice. good price, easy service and a clean car with a great air conditioner.
Cons:the lady behind me in line. such a pushy, impatient white trash lady. didn't know a line works in such an establishment. I'm white, so I know what white trash looks like.
