Pros:The car didn't break down.
Cons:I rented a Cadillac and payed a premium price and expected a premium car / experience. The car wasn't initially ready, and was provided a quick external rinse and delivered very wet. The right side rear view mirror was loose. Additionally, I would expect a premium luxery car to be fully optioned. This car had the performance I would expect from a basic chevy with no adaptive cruise control and minimal options. To be honest my Honda Civic is a much better car. I would not rent a premium car from Alamo again.
Pros:Quick pickup and quick return. Friendly service.
Cons:The praice is to haight for a day.
Pros:The first time I rented a car from National/Alamo, I remember being pleasantly surprised by the option to choose my own vehicle. This time was no different. I really like this and now prefer renting from here because of this option.
Cons:The car wasn't clean but to be fair, the weather conditions are pretty bad, so I will let it slide.
Pros:Pickup / drop off were easy and quick despite being rented and returned to different, but very busy airports.
Cons:The vehicle, despite paying extra for an SUV, was under-powered making a long road trip slightly uncomfortable.
Pros:Had a minor problem, wiper didn't spray on 1 side. Told them just to help the next person and they gave me a discount on my rental. Didn't expect it but appreciate it. They treat customers like they are important and that's not how some other companies act.

Pros:Everything about this car rental was just great. I had to wait for my shuttle for 10-15 minutes, the driver (Tyrone) was very friendly, I was greeted by associate at the front door with friendly smile. The service managers were just amazing. Welcome me with a genuine friendly smile, was courteous processing the reservation.I was asked about my preference for my rental (within the category that I paid for). In general, I always have a preference but I never dare to give one option it just in order not to stress out the associate and save time , I always state 2-3 options. She got me my first option. I was greeted in the way out with friendly smile and my clean warm rental waiting for me in less that 10 minutes (was a cold MI night). I absolutely love everything about this experience starting from the car, the associates to the friendly courteous service. Car return was also effortless, courteous and quick. I have already recommended this Alamo location 5-6 times for friends and people that I met on flight.
Pros:The staff at this location is WONDERFUL. Everybody in a good mood. Free popcorn, water etc. Just GREAT to deal with. Thanks so much folks!!!
