Pros:had to pay extra when I specifically reserved a specific vehicle.

Pros:Car was fine
Cons:Extremely expensive. One person working the counter is unacceptable. Waited 30 min or more. That is way to long. The rate was 3x any other Alamo. Will use another agency next time.
Pros:Good pricing, very helpful service at the desk. The car handled well and the semi manual transmission was very useful on the mountain roads.
Cons:It was not clear to me that the rental location was not affiliated with the onsite airport location and there was no shuttle, requiring us to take a cab. We were given the last available car, which had a large crack in the windshield. On the second day we had it an alert popped up on the dash that I was not familiar with and after about 15 minutes of digging through the owners manual we found that it was for tire pressure. After having to purchase a pressure gauge I discovered that one tire was 10 lbs low. It was a slow leak that we had to attend to every other day during our vacation.
Pros:The Toyota Rav 4 was a great value and met our needs for luggage, family reunion (hauling Chairs and stuff ) . The Rav 4 performed well on the Mountain Highways of Montana. Great Alamo service with our 1:00 am arriva and pick-up. The drop off worked well at Missoula, MT. (Just park, record mileage, paring spot and returned full of gas.)
Pros:The manager in Missoula was underrstanding and detucted a small amount for our lost day but it was something and appologized for our treatment in Bozemen
Pros:Clean, good price, no hidden charges. And a free upgrade to the next larger size vehicle.
Cons:Personel at the Missoula airport could not have been less helpful. We intended to pickup and return our car at the airport, but somehow made a reservation for a location remote from the airport. That probably saved us $$ in the end, so was OK, but it was not made clear that we would need to find transportation from the airport to the lot and the attitude of the young men at the airport was basically, "Too bad, but that is your problem. Figure it out." Luckily a phone call to Uber saved us.
Cons:My flight came in at 10 they said they had no cars available. I left my info with them and asked when they would be done they said for sure by noon. I got back to the airport at 1;00 and still ended up waiting another half an hour.
Pros:The second car we received was nice.
Cons:After inspecting the first car before driving, I found a crack in the windshield that went from the passenger's side bottom, up half way, and across to the driver's side in my line of sight. Which would have been a distraction while driving, and I may have been pulled over by a police officer. When I reported the crack to the manager inside, she said it would be safe and I should just go ahead. I asked her if she could put that in writing and she became very upset at me in front of my wife, daughter, brother, niece, and two other families that were customers. My brother and I made obviously audible comments concerning the poor type of customer service we had just experienced, then she returned to say she would find another vehicle for us.
Pros:Nice, friendly staff. Good car.
Pros:There was a long line of people and many people complaining that they didn't get a car even though they had a reservation, so we were nervous, but they had our van ready.
Cons:It took a while to get the booster seat, and we had asked for 2 but they only had 1. No apologies or anything when we had to wait for so long, no apologies for only having 1 booster seat. Just a frustrating start to our vacation.
