Pros:Arrived at our destantion (Missoula MT) at 1:20 am, a guy from Dollar was there waiting for us. Brand new Toyota Camry (only 3 miles) that served our pourpose; excellent service all around. Easy drop-off also.

Cons:When I initially called it sounded like they weren't going to be able to provide a large 4 WD vehicle. They said to call 72 hours out, and when I did, the second person said no problem! And got us one! Thanks....

Pros:Friendly Staff but has no airport Location
Cons:Airport pickup area, newer cars.

Cons:Was informed rental car was available at airport. It wasn't. I had to therefore take a long cab ride to the rental agency to procure rental. In otherwords, was misled. Opted to go with more reputable rental agency at airport.
