Alamo couldn’t provide an economy, small, compact, and a fuel efficient car in accordance with my reservation. Instead, they provided a mid-size car with damaged rims that was extremely difficult and dangerous to drive on the narrowly mountainous roads. The check-in and check-out customer service was extremely slow and user-hostile.

Drop off was confusing. The car shifter is different than normal and we got no training on that. It was actually dangerous to drive until you got the hang of how to shift it.
