Pros:Like how quickly we were able to check in and out

Cons:Drop-off location in Key West was poorly run. Woman at the front desk was talking to her guy friend at the front desk and didn't acknowledge my presence for a good 5 minutes. Place wasn't clean or well-run.

Cons:They guy driving the shuttle/ directing you in was rude, rushed us, not friendly... over all not nice. Will not be renting from alamo again. What happen to customer service?

Pros:The company did not have the car I'd reserved, and gave me a downgrade to lesser car and said they were giving me an upgrade at no extra charge.
Cons:The car I was given, not the one reserved, had electrical and mechanical issues. The 12 V charging port and the USB ports did not charge my phone, fortunately there was one more 12 V port, not convenient, but that did charge my phone. The brake system and parking brake indicated a malfunction, and the front camera also indicated a malfunction. Both outside mirrors were extremely dirty and could not be used at night without cleaning. The parking lot was dirty and stepping into the black interior car left highly visible footprints.
Cons:Drove to Parrot Key Hotel in Key West. Parked in Vallet. Went for swim, came out to get car, going to dinner. NO CAR. Reported to Police, report filed. Hotel reviewed security video...ALAMO van with two men inside (ALAMO sigh on van) one man got out went to vallet asked for key and STOLE the car! Personal items inside, car and items not returned! STRANDED in Key West with HURRICANE on the way! WTF
Pros:Deal was good deal after I got an upgrade, due to "what I didn't like". Upon returning the vehicle I had a great experience with the 2 females in Ft Lauderdale airport. Both were very professional and very funny. I returned my car @ 2:15 pm on 3/7/17. Please give them a pat on the back, they deserve it.
Cons:Upon arrival everything went very smooth until I went to get in the car, Hyundai Elantra. When I opened the door the driver was stained with something previous renter spilled. I was then offered a Chevy Malibu. Nice car! Upon leaving I noticed the fuel gauge on the Malbu was not completely full, but I had paid extra so I wouldn't have purchase fuel.

Cons:Vehicle check could have been more thorough. I had an issue with the right front tire loosing pressure as I drove.
Pros:The car itself was the only plus side of my pickup in Key West.
Cons:First of all, when I made my reservation it said the pick up was at the Key West airport (so I took a cab to the airport). Then I learned that I would have to wait for a shuttle (25 minutes in the rain) to another location. The second location was a dingy trailer with a single employee. That employee informed me that I needed plane ticket information to rent the car (I am a Florida resident and wasn't flying anywhere...this was a one-way rental). After he finally agrees to use my boat ticket (I have no idea why they needed this, I clearly was renting a car and not taking another form of transportation home), it turned out that the car I had originally rented needed an oil change. So they had to find another car. All in all, my pickup took about an hour and a half when it should have taken 10 minutes. Completely horrible experience.
