Cons:They were closed when my flight landed and I was stranded.
Cons:The people in Fresno were doing their job. I think an employee in LA probably damaged the car and tried to get it out the door to some unsuspecting person to pay for it (me). But the implication was I was lying and I don't like that. Again...criminals and a third world operation. Watch Alamo, they do not have your best interests at heart, they are out to get as much money as they can and go after your insurance.
