Cons:I had to call three times to dispute additional charges they placed. One which occurred over a week after my rental had been completed.
Pros:Excellent service at the counter. My car was in perfect shape. I paid the price I was quoted when I secured the rental on Kayak.

Pros:Check in and checkout were so easy. I was there for less than 5 min. They were friendly and courteous. The car was clean and I really enjoyed driving it (Nissan Altima). I would rent with Alamo again because of this experience.
