Pros:Car was very lean and easy to locate
Pros:Fast and friendly counter service and Long Beach Airport!
Cons:I reserved a car through their website, but when I arrived, they had none available, and were not very helpful in finding an alternative solution. I ended up cancelling my reservation and walked over to Enterprise, who were great.
Pros:spacious and very quiet car
Cons:some extra HP will not hurt
Cons:There was poor communication about the facility being closed in the drop off day so had to pay extra to drop off at the airport. This was very frustrating since I hadn't budgeted for added expense.
Cons:The car was 45 minutes late without full gas tank
Pros:Service was great. I got my car within minutes.
Cons:The rental uses a near by hotel parking for returns. It was hard to find parking.
Cons:Was unable to pick up the car - the location booked was closed by the time our flight landed and the airport location could not provide us a comparable rental.

Cons:Had to wait 25 minutes to get to the counter to get the contract and keys. Understaffed office. Return instructions confusing.
