Well, your confirmation of my rental really wasn’t. The car I rented and confirmed was not there. The agent at the counter was nice but hard to understand. There was no convertible there. He said they never have them. So I was given a Toyota Camry as my only option. No one showed me anything about the car and didn’t walk outside to look at it or help w luggage. Location was also sketchy. Will never be renting from you or Alamo again.

They do not have clear instructions on which IDs are accepted in the confirmation email. We did not get the size car we had reserved.

The car I reserved online was supposedly unavailable and I was forced to upgrade at a rate 2x the original quote. Not happy with Alamo and will definitely not be returning and I warn future customers to choose alternate rental companies.

Staff was great. Giving back to the airport in middle of the morning when it’s dark it was pretty difficult.
