Cons:I wasn't able to use this reservation as the card payment I used at the time of booking was not with me when I traveled. So I could not use this reservation and had to re-book a reservation there at the front desk with a credit card I had with me.
Pros:Staff was great.
Cons:Return process could have been better organized. There were too many cars in a very small space for the customer and employees to return the vehicles.
