They truly tried .
Pros: We came in on Christmas Day and there was a shortage of cars with flights delayed and rerouted passengers. So their systems were skewed with last minute changes. They worked so hard and were honestly trying to do their best to please so many frustrated customers. We appreciated their efforts through the hectic process and pleased that they were able to provide a car for us through all their confusion.

Pros: Alamo is always easy to work with and when I forgot to grab my jacket out of the back seat they contacted me right away to confirm which address they should ship it to...
Cons: The car was a last minute rental due to a flight cancellation resulting in travel changes, and was a little pricey. Car was nice but could have been cleaner...I ended up buying an air freshener!

Pros: We liked the price.
Cons: We were not told we needed a credit card to rent a one-way car when we made the reservation online. Also KAYAK charged us 18 dollars for accident protection, and then Alamo asked for the same charge.

It's pretty self-serve
Pros: I liked the car that I picked out. There was one employee that was very nice and helpful.
Cons: There wasn't a person to help me get the car. There was only a kiosk and when I had a problem with the kiosk, the employee there only spoke to me from across the room. I had to go find my own car, move another one to get the car I wanted and be unsure of what I was doing the entire time.
