Pros:My reservation was booked for a different location and this was my mistake, I arrived in distress and asked for a taxi to take me to the correct location. I was assisted by an Asian Lady (Please forgive me for not remembering her name.), and she was able to locate a vehicle for me at the location I was dropped off at - and gave me the same rate, maybe just a bit more. Either way, I was spared a taxi fare of about $60-$70 which would have made for a very uncomfortable ride downtown. So my HATS off to her and Alamo, thank you for a very gratifying service and an AWESOME job.

Pros:Truly enjoyed the customer service after a long flight. The selectionsecond for vehicles was abundant. Got to rent a brand new car

Cons:Honolulu Alamo shuttle took almost 30 minutes to come around. First shuttle passed us by as too full. Then waited another 20 or so minutes for next shuttle. We were squeezed in. Other companies had their shuttles coming thru every 5-10 minutes. Alamo had 1 shuttle per 30 min. I will never rent from Alamo in HNL.
Pros:Great staff. Everyone was smiling and very nice and helpful. There customer service stands out.

Cons:Not on the staff at all and it might be a standard of the industry. But perhaps some. Later drop off times would be more appreciated by us late night reavellers! Still excellent though.
