My bad experience is based on the additional service charges that made the final price much higher than what was shown on the app, even after I explained that my credit card already had full coverage. Very poor service; I was traveling with my children and four seniors and couldn't make another reservation due to our flight arrival times. I feel they take advantage of the situation to overcharge without a clear explanation

Bad experience Bad care service, Car with over 100,000 miles, with mechanical problems, sat unused for two days and took two days to replace. I don't recommend it.

We arrived a couple of hours late for pick up, but they were very kind and we able to bring us a car in 30 mins. Car was fantastic, spotless BMW3. Much better quality rental car than in US. Staff were wonderful😁

Upon arrival to the car rental office I was informed that they had a 2 hour window to pick up the car. WHERE WAS THAT CLAUSE? Because I have never heard of such thing nor I saw it in the rental agreement. They also informed me that they had no cars available. I ended up having to spend double. Unacceptable

I was not able to pick up my car. My credit card information was already in my profile but my physical credit card was safe at home. I had my digital cards on my phone but was not able to complete my transaction, leaving me without a car. I had my driver's license, which matched the address, license number, charge card number - which matched my digital card - on file in reservation in the system. The only thing that I did not have was the physical card. Even more frustrating, the agent was unable to show me in any of their policies that a physical card was required for pick up, but, according to him, it was there. I looked on my own and was unable to find a physical card requirement but was still refused a vehicle. I was in town for 2 days to attend a funeral. Pulled up the online obituary, which listed my name matching my driver's license and was still refused. Flew in the day of and missed the evening service. This absolutely sucked,
