Pros:The price as advertised

Pros:I did not rent a car it was so costly for insurance
Cons:They guy at the counter told us we could take our dog with us when we rented it. Then they charged us $500 pesos to clean it after we Had already vacuumed the entire inside because they found two dog hairs and said it had to be detailed for “allergens”. What a racket. Never again. It felt like we got shaken down. very poor experience.
Pros:Found the driver at the airport. He was very nice and took care of our luggage, transported us to the store. We had to up-grade to a larger car. Our suit cases were too big to fit in the little car. The insurance was high, but we worked with him and he gave us a better deal for the up grade. The car was sufficient for our use, and had no trouble on our trip. The return was easy, and they took us to the airport with no problems.
Pros:Car was fine, although it wasnt the one we reserved
Cons:The charge for insurance at over $30 a day, more than doubled the rate of the car. Also rates quoted in dollars then changed to pesos at a very high exchange rate. They didn't have the van we reserved and switched us to a smaller vehicle at a very low discount.

No car available even though I had a reservation for 2 months.

Cons:What's the point of getting quoted a price online, if we don't get the price of the required insurance? Shame on kayak and thirty for not knowing the price of the insurance until one arrives. Of course they know ahead of time. Bait and switch. I won't use kayak again. Sorry.
Pros:Not much
Cons:Poor and slow pickup and transfer. The office is a mess in a hard to get to location Staff is rude and nasty. When I booked no one informed me of mandetory insurance that is 50% of the rental fee. Nice surprise that both the booking agent price line and thrifty left out or was hidden
