Cons:After payment they tell me they don't have the car I booked, they give me a free upgrade but we booked that car because of fuel economy, so we weren't able to get what we were looking for. Also at the counter they told us we need to pay more for other insurance; it would be good to have all the info clear since the beginning.

Cons:Small print on "Return" signs. Didn't realize that there were different spots for returning to Alamo, Enterprise, etc.

Cons:They weren't 'all that great' at the desk when you first get there. Car was ok, but of all cars I have rented this was least clean and had scratches and a dent on hood.
