Pros:Nice and quick in and out of the airport.
Cons:Mini van could have been cleaner

Cons:I won't use pre-pay Alamo again since I couldn't downgrade to a cheaper car (I no longer needed a pickup). It's ridiculous that I ended having to pay for something I didn't need just because I prepaid.

Pros:Alamo always seems to be flexible if I need to modify my reservation. That's imperative as my schedule constantly changes.

Pros:I like the fact that the car was clean in mint condition. Most of all the sales staff was genuinely nice giving excellent customer service. I don't know how to improve on that. The only thing I disliked was I chose not to fill the tank because I was not the person or organization paying for the rental transportation. Yet upon returning the rental to the airport I was charged and saddled with unexpected cost that I want reimbursed. I had a flight to make so I could not take any time to remedy this mistake. Any help is greatly appreciated. Berthod Larkins
