Cons:When I went there, the rental company said that we don’t have a car for you. They were sold out even though I had made my reservation months early. I had to go to another rental company because of this and had to pay significantly higher cost

Pros:My representative seemed concerned for my safety and explained all of the pros and cons of insurance packages and car upgrades for me.
Cons:I wasn’t informed about how drop off should work. It snowed heavily and there were no cars in the lot but a small plow was clearing the snow. Luckily the plow driver knew what I should do, so I parked the car in an adjacent lot and had to walk back through thick snow to turn in the keys. It would’ve been nice if I knew about any snow day related drop off issues, especially in an area like Fairbanks in winter

Pros:Overall a great experience. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a brand new car (16 miles on it!), with block heater, heated seats, and auto start. Customer service there was very helpful, didn't try to push into paying for upgrades which I really appreciated.
Cons:Only issue we encountered is that they shuttle is a standard mini-van. I was traveling alone with an infant and car seat, which meant I had to take her out of the carrier, strap in the car seat, put her in the car seat, then take everything back out when we got to the agency. My one suggestion would be to upgrade from the minivan to a regular shuttle. Other than that, great overall experience!

Pros:The people in Fairbanks were wonderful! The car we rented was not at the airport, so we asked the airport Enterprise if there was a shuttle. The young man at the airport went above and beyond. He called the other station and had someone come pick us up. He then came out and checked on us twice to see if we had been picked up. Then Jesse picked us up and was very friendly. There were a shortage of cars so he gave us an upgrade for free. Everyone we dealt with was so pleasant and accommodating. The young lady in Anchorage when we turned in the car at the airport was also very cheerful and kind.
Cons:We really had a great experience. Nothing negative to say at all.

Pros:Car was good.
Cons:$139 to have it for less than 12 hours and drive it for 4 hours? I dropped it off in Sacramento (a 4-hour drive from where I picked it up). The rental car was late when I picked it up so luckily I was given a discount that made it a little more reasonable, but it still costed me more than the entire train ride from Sacramento to Portland.

Pros:Fast, easy, great customer service. No cars available in the class I had reserved. Free upgrade to 4x4 truck which gave great peace of mind going to and from Chena as well as our remote rental cabin. Simple pick up and drop off. Came with extension cord for block heater. Life saver in cold winter temps. 10/10 would rent again.
